Frr not making a cash payment, is not a default, as they would have option of shares.

As Frr have kept up the production as coming under as testing for a while now, I would think that GG would want to keep tabs on it & class it as production not testing.

The main thing is that Frr no longer raises funds through them & that definitely looks being the case.

So on that Rns Frr have made payments otherwise they would not say that shares have been sold without their authorisation.

Was only thinking that was only for September conversion.

Overall as mentioned earlier Frr should have made info in Rns, clearer.

Anyway now this meeting is close there has to be more news, sometime over next week or two.

On the above if there has been a conversion in August, I thought that there would have had to have been an Rns?

On as far as the meeting is concerned without an operations update there would not be anything for ZZ to talk on. On as far as bopd are concerned it looks like it must be going well enough, as the Rns on the majors was released on 3rd September & so that is after any conversion made by YA in August.

Anybody who has been in contact with above previously, maybe ask them to get Frr to make it clear on what the situation is.

As usual the info in the Rns, does not seem clear on the current situation.

So it's looking like this find by busy, has a reasonable chance of it being Frr?
