Anger very good truthful points made and I agree 100% with you ,Why should the taxpayers pick up any part of this business especially the letters side when it is very clear to everyone that there is No profit in it ,there are too many costs attached to trying to provide a decent service hence why I’m sure nobody else would be interested in doing it . I feel that this part of the business should be open to anybody doing it and to move forward the regulatory bodies accept that people have moved towards different ways of communicating , in the longer term this would surely allow the business to be more profitable albeit at the expense of having a smaller workforce to do other parts of the business which is Parcels that is where the money is .GLS obviously does well on its own and will continue to do so ,there needs to be some proper structure set in place by regulators for the future or RMG will get a lot worse than it appears to be in now

Red I agree but it appears that whatever people like JB , Oli Isleworth say about the CWU that are never going to change whatever any management want to do going forward wether it be modernised working practices pay etc .I don’t think that Mr Kretinsky is bothered about RMG as I think he sees GLS as a better business opportunity. Like the people named above I’m afraid the CWU and them and lots of others are never going to change we are in 2022 not 1970 I’m afraid good luck with any investigation you have going forward here !

Fair point I feel that there could be a lot of change in the short term here at RMG so would rather gain some quick profit after ex dividend date ,I thought this was a good long term investment when I bought but it appears that the same old rhetoric of the CWU rears it’s ugly head and as usual the same arguments appear about working hours ,pay , T&Cs etc , I think that RMG should be allowed to get rid of letter deliveries change it’s business name and if so became a parcel company ,that is where the money is but who then wants the letter side of the business ? Nobody as it cannot make money there too many staff and costs ,also if GLS was sold off where would that leave RMG in a massive disadvantage against more organisms competitors DHL etc , Anyway that’s my views so as I say price dependant I am out of here next week the money is better placed elsewhere, good luck

Morning Red I thought you were not having all of your dividend Ha Ha tongue in cheek moment ,I think I will be selling up again soon and of course recieving my dividend especially after reading last nights reviews it maybe time to make a quick profit in the space of a month good luck

Oil where are you getting your investment from without shareholders as it’s not the profitable business at present is it , anyway let’s hope your union and management can find a compromise for everyone eh !

Oil shares are an investment this has nothing to do with the government so once you have a shareholding in a business there is Capital so as I said investment comes from Shareholders not employees , so if you hold stock here your an investor as well as an employee !
