JB the point I was making is that Why are they being paid a Bonus ? to come to there place of employment when there paid to Work ,Ridiculous in my opinion !

What archaic way is that of paying a Manager an attendance bonus , it’s part of there job description to turn up and work that’s what they paid to do , How many other businesses offer this not many I bet ,no wonder there is all this trouble about T&Cs. They need modernising !

Trellis lots of people on here have had ample opportunity to average down so I’ve no sympathy for all this debate about the SP ,long term it will be ok but if you missed the ch#nice to average down then you can only blame yourself, I have had an average a lot higher over the years but stuck loyal and I now have an average with a large holding at under 90p so as the saying goes you take your chance good luck
