Isleworth I’m sure your version of Senority will differ from mine I don’t like the word in a work environment as I think it should just be used within the armed forces for Rank , for me if you can do any job as good and as efficient as anyone can wether someone has worked 1 year or 10 then for me you are treated the same , depending on what position you hold !

Angershark one word I think is an old fashioned approach is Senority. , most modern day businesses will Not have this as I feel it’s outdated and not required in the day to day running of most businesses

The business needs to change for all employees not just new starters it’s called moving with the times I’m afraid because of old hat union rhetoric they don’t want people to change especially the older employees at the end of the day it has to be good for the business if modernisation works for All parties

Christie engine s are made up together by 3/4 players ,as for RR going forward I’ve seen lots of events over 3 decades and I feel that as long as we keep costs under control ,cut debt and in the near future we have a positive outcome with Ukraine war along with very good order. book I am confident the business and SP will look very cheap now in a couple of years ,this is a long term investment and at present there are too many gamblers on here and not understanding the business and only looking short term ,good luck

Grezzo it’s nice to read some informative knowledge about the business ,I have over 25 years aero engineering experience and my wife has more so when you read paragraphs of well informed opinions it’s interesting.It is a far cry from some of the clowns on here who are basically clowns and gamblers with little Knowledge of the business, the Main protagonist. being CW and at least he and others don’t debate this type of opinion.
