Guys ... just my opinion but there is no need to sell / topslice tomorrow just because we hit 10p. Oil back at 70$ and probably heading higher. 10p is just a meaningless number.... Listen to the doctor ... read his research... we are worth many multiples of current mcap ... Patience will pay off here.
Big thanks to Doc Jones for taking the time to join up here and share his meticulous research with us UK folks. He has re-energized this board and opened our eyes to the outrageous potential of our Canadian assets! Many detractors/de-rampers on here and AFVFN where trying to paint the picture that our Canadian assets where tired/not worth much because we got them so cheap! Doc has now put that argument well and truly to bed. Also Oil now looks ready for it's next leg up to $80 IMO which would make this even more of a steal.
Since last RNS i have done something really naughty... Averaged UP from 5.4p to 7.1p. Hopefully above 10p soon. GL ALL.
@Drjimjones In the last year TVE has spent over $300 million acquiring acreage in Clearwater from over-leveraged oil jr's at distressed prices. This lastest deal Including GORR they paid $149 Million of that 50-55$ was for the Clearwater acreage which doesn't have the same average width of oil column the majority of ours has, plus we have water rights and pipeline and held by production, their acquisition came with very little production as well. Our Clearwater Acreage in today's oil market is worth at least $90-$100 million considering the IRR's are over %300...In a year as production grows in our Clearwater, it's value will carry the whole market cap. today and everything else is for free, the coming dividend, the North Sea 100-300 million barrels, the 400k acres from Gain Energy with over 200 booked drilling locations that generate +50% Irr's at $55 WTI, 10000boe/d of production (41% liquids, Edmonton sweet oil and C5, both prem priced for Canada), the debt lite balance sheet.......

GO TO PAGE 8 and YOU WILL SEE AT $60 WTI using the current differential of $12-13 IRR IS ALMOST 400% using 8 leg wells. Anytime an oil company trades at 10-15% of it's NAV and has IRR's in the triple digits, it's pretty obvious what

They raised 55 million Canadian in aug 2020 after buying assets, paying off current liabilities and portion of debt i est they currently have debt if appox 20-30 million Canadian with 10k of production that will generate 50 million in free cashflow in 2021 keeping production flat, there are no hedges in place which is a bonus. The Npv 10 is 367 million on p1-p2 ( done at prices 35-40% lower)that are booked but that doesn’t include Clearwater 166-222 million barrels of recoverable oil, Serenity discovery of 100 million recoverable barrels, the 100s of high margin drill locations on Gains land acquired or the Liberator prospect of up to 248 million recoverable barrels of oil the medium there being 80 million barrels. The mf has gone up mainly from the capital raise, no one yet is covering the story accept me. Put a dollar on each barrel that is recoverable add it to current npv 10 of over 500 million + 166 million for Clearwater 100 million for serenity 80 million for liberator = $846 million with no value for production or Gains unbooked drill locations or other unbooked locations on Toscana land. It’s the best deal out there. Very little debt, great high margin assets, a dividend coming, very safe in lower oil and gas prices. And incredible upside to oil price and discovery in the North Sea"
mjng - This has come up previously and someone mentioned that Prof Smythe turned down shares because he believes the wage he receives is already fair enough compensation. Very noble of him and shows the kind of guy he is. He genuinely more bothered with saving lives from these tests then making enough money to buy a big boat if you catch my drift. I wouldn't be surprised though if many of his colleagues/friends are decently invested here.
Oil up 1.8% on course to open 70$+ I wouldn't be surprised too see a crazy spike to $80 this week although would expect a pull back/consolidation from those levels. Simply has to be a good week for I3E right?
Muck ... no-one is "wheeling out" Prof. Smythe he is his own man . TB's s share's have already been sold and someone bought the whole lot and more yesterday at 60p+ . If TB starts selling his core holding RMS everyone here will have to re-evaluate their holding but until that happens i am very confident.
One thing i never see mentioned here but isn't the end plan for the shoebox to be replaced by standard smart phone camera app as the tech is near enough the same? I swear i read that but maybe i got my wires crossed. Can anyone confirm?
