Let’s all hope NN are involved , they have everything in place ready to rumble . Yes clearly some capex
perhaps required to increase capacity etc but NN are in the perfect position to offer the best bid unless of course they are competing with a government or a round table of sorts ( Toyota, Nissan,Honda etc )

Who knows but it’s gonna be some serious big hitters that we eventually get taken out by and they will all be happy to deal in billions not millions ………

Bellers, it certainly looks that way, we have no idea exactly what assets we hold but the very little info we have been given makes you wonder if this is just too big to be sold as a complete package / or to many organisations wanting a piece of it ?

Either way Rowkas £3.50 which back then I had a wry chuckle about it suddenly looks feasible , never thought I would utter those words but it really seems possible ?
Obviously getting ahead of myself there but this is starting to snowball into something much bigger than any of us thought…….

Don’t think they would be bothering sending a letter if the “buyer” wasn’t planning on going ahead .

Just take 30 seconds to properly think about the above sentences………..

This is nailed on , no iffs, butts or maybes .

Perhaps the “buyers “ bid may get gazumpt but don’t think we will be stressing too much in that situation ….

We have seen plenty in the news recently relating to hydrogen technology . What some folks may not realise is just how advanced some companies are in the transition to Hydrogen?
An example is the engine plant Cummins which is literally a mile from my office are currently building a hydrogen testing area facility . Anyone familiar with Cummins will know they manufacturer rather large combustion engines .
The change to Hydrogen is already happening …….

EUA is certainly similar to a Russian Doll.

I’m still trying to get my head around how they managed to wangle the option on the Rosgeo JV ??

The BOD have spent 20+ years in the region developing relationships with unbelievable aplomb including the Russian Authorities .

EUA have had a strategy over the last couple of decades and nailed it . I’m sure the strategy had tweaks along the way but thankfully we have a BOD savvy and patient enough to truly create the very best value to shareholders as possible .

When it comes to the rather large RNS that we all eagerly await I personally am expecting the unexpected !

I have no doubt the BOD in the negotiations will ensure every last pence is extracted out of the buyer /buyers .
Just how many pence is the multi billion dollar question ??

EUA board is currently my happy place but I have to admit I am looking forward to investing less time on EUA and focussing my energy elsewhere , I have a feeling there will be a few others that can relate to this ??

Exactly Barry , if the offer was a lowball EUA would not allowed them complete access to data to allow them complete their due diligence .
Due diligence to be completed requires a heck of a lot of work by the buyer .

Monty - I think you will find Tesla don’t just make cars , the “data “ they have and continuously collected from the MCU computer in each car is worth a fortune in itself . Oh and they are making very good money out of the metal now .
