Now we have some details of the road map for EUA2 I’m going to stick my neck out and predict we are going to get an announcement “shortly”ref listing on the MOEX .
It was nearly 6 weeks ago since the MOEX RNS , EUA are clearly very serious about going down this dual listing route and reading the RNS it sounded like it was still a possibility with “ a further announcement when appropriate “
Releasing details of the hydrogen plans and using Terminology such as EUA2 in the latest RNS just smells like they are positioning us for MOEX.

Perhaps this might be our first RNS of 2022?

Just doing research while sat around with Covid symptoms and stumbled across the Whitelees hydrogen project in Scotland . They have just received 10 million in funding and aim to produce 1500 kg of hydrogen per year which will be the UK s largest hydrogen plant .
BP have plans to produce up to 260,000 kg per year from a new facility in Teesside .

Our hydrogen project alone is estimated at 1million tonnes at peak production(2030)

So it looks like our project is pretty significant in size ,

So EUA1 sizeable dividend
EUA 2 WK production , further areas secured , Rosgeo JV (?) and Hydrogen facility.

Morning all,

So we have some meat on the bones to how EUA will look after the asset sale.

Anyone in business/ well researched will understand that this is a very important RNS as it gives investors an insight to the road map once the majority of our existing assets are sold.
This ensures that investors will not just cut and run once the the “significant” dividend is paid.A whole lot of new investors will be jumping on board as this future proofs EUA2.
Clearly the Russian government have been sat around a very , very large table with EUA , Japan , Germany / Europe to discuss the Hydrogen plans and strategy to supply to these areas, no wonder EUA was able to secure JV such as Rosgeo with apparent ease.

The RNS clearly uses terminology EUA 2

EUA HAVE GIFTED THE POORLY RESEARCHED .

SURELY EVEN THE DUMBEST CAN SEE THIS SHARE PRICE HAS HUGE UPSIDE

The rest of us can sit contently knowing we have one of the best and smartest BOD and our patience will be rewarded very soon.

Multi billion dollar deals take time , particularly ones as complex as this .

Research and patience will be rewarded here . Anyone unsure on EUA needs to do more research .

DYOR and don’t listen to muppets like Roger the dodger unless of course YOU decide after further research EUA isn’t worth holding . Muppets like him have an agenda and it isn’t to help you .

Roger the dodger is back , suggesting multiple years before value is released and lots of dilution to get there to entice folks to sell……..

The Japanese are here for EUA2 in my opinion which once again gives us more questions than answers !

Asset sale (MT certainly +?) to who knows but is definitely happening.
Japanese involved to EUA2 once asset sale concluded and dividend paid .
EUA2 MOEX to increase visibility and investment .
EUA2 still with massive potential on Rosgeo plus any other areas with they snap up .
West Kytlim remains part of EUA2 helping to fund Rosgeo and other areas?

The value of research and patience will be clear for all to see when this concludes .Some who were easily influenced and cashed out early will learn a valuable lesson here .

Let’s think about this , JORC will of been boxed off in a oner by Wardell . I’m sure the process would be to collate , document then publish. I don’t see any reason for too much of a delay on the rest of the areas?

News flow looking very encouraging , will it be daily in the lead up to the festivities , only time will tell but it looks very promising with perhaps the big one coming in the New Year ?

Who knows but its nice to at least now have some food for thought ……..

Just one thing to note , please look at my posting history . I’m sure it will be clear how much I support EUA .

Nothing wrong in any of us having an opinion even if it might be slightly negative ( for once )

I’m sorry beast I can’t agree that they shouldn’t be bothered about shareholders, without us EUA would not be in this position. Shareholders are an integral to the business .
The BOD in their due diligence should be updating shareholders in a timely manner , for me they backed themselves into a corner when using the word “shortly “ as all this did was raise everyone’s expectations that an update was due soon, quickly, round the corner, imminently , before Xmas !
. Allowing months to tick by after using the word “shortly” without news is a little bit naughty .

I would be very surprised and extremely disappointed if we don’t get an update before the festivities, the BOD have been clearly doing fantastic work behind the scenes to get us to this point but unfortunately using the word “shortly” was an error , a big error which has certainly influenced the downtrend in share price over the last few weeks. I think shareholders have all been prepared to give the BOD the benefit of the doubt up until now, not releasing an update before we are all pouring gravy on our Xmas dinner for me would be the first time that I would start to question how much the BOD cares for us shareholders ? I do not mean the validity of the assets etc just basic communications to shareholders.
The “deal” is clearly a complex one which will take significant time to get over the line but I feel that it is now time for the BOD to at least give us a little snippet of news to help keep shareholders in the loop .

Hopefully the little movement upwards yesterday isn’t just a temporary technical bounce , we need to see significant daily volume for this to really start motoring .

The BOD haven’t let us down yet so plenty of days left for them to put a little smile on all of our faces before we all go and enjoy the festivities .
