thanks for the couple of replies yesterday evening, I have just become part of team OMI......!

Morning Denby- it all depends on strategy. Some folks on here like me who have a full time job , family etc etc so don't have a lot of time to research into numerous companies and spread the risk. I only ever have have 3-4 companies I invest in and always choose one to be heavily weighted . This strategy allows me to direct plenty of time into researching each one thoroughly.

We all have our own exit / investment strategy , some of us can be a little more patient if you don't have a weekly, monthly profit targets.......

Some folks have absolutely no idea what due diligence is involved in selling an asset ( or company) both for the buyer and seller, particularly for something as complex as this.

If anyone is getting impatient please shuffle on, the educated and well researched here are happy to keep accumulating whenever possible and sit tight until the BOD get this completed .

Read the RNS properly and if you are still uncomfortable exit a.s.a.p

research, research and a dollop of patience.......

Thanks for the responses , it certainly looks like there’s plenty of news in the post , hopefully first class not second…….!!
I was just a little surprised how few shares the BOD actually have but the warrants are clearly sizeable…..

Just sold a car and was going to put it all in another share for a final top up but decided to keep a few quid to invest elsewhere and OMI has been on the radar for a while now …..

Will keep an eye on this board over the coming days for further snippets .

Just doing my due diligence before chucking a few quid in .

Looking at the number of shares that the directors have , seems very low . Is there any particular reason for this , perhaps I’ve seen incorrect numbers?

A genuine question , just look at my posting history . Always positive when investing just wanted to have a better understanding of director holdings before lumping in as everything else seems to stack up positively for an uplift in the share price in the not to distant future ?

Just sold my motor on Friday , got a lot more than I could of ever guessed. Just put a deposit down on a Defender which has a 12 month waiting list , complete madness!

Well I bottled flogging the motor last Friday , just couldn’t do it . Driving it to the office for the last time on Thursday felt reminiscent of the day I had to take “Barney” the 14 year old ****er Spaniel to the vets for the very last time ………..

However I have found new vigour and “Jessie “ is booked in tomorrow morning at we buy any car so funds should arrive ready for allocation to the EUA, final ,final top up hopefully fairly early tomorrow afternoon ………

I’m lucky to have access to other vehicles within the business so I’m not having to thumb it ……!!

Wife doesn’t have a clue where the funds are being directed to after the sale but she’s boxed off with a decent motor so no skin off her nose and believe it or not I’m supposed to be the brains for our financial planning ……….lol

Just as well I’ve researched into EUA and know at 24p this has got some legs , thankfully legs a little better than Tilly the filly the other night at Newcastle …….lol

if this hits £1.50 I will assess the situation and make a decision based upon information available at that time.......

Currently the UK has a shortage of labour in most industries , how about the able bodied dossers go out get a job and then we can focus benefits on the families that need it .

It’s down to the government to get these dossers into work. That would help resolve not all but most of these issues.

Got my reg doc back today money will be in the bank tomorrow afternoon from my car sale , I can guarantee this will bloody rocket in the morning before I get chance to top up…………

To be honest if it does rocket in the morning I won’t care in the slightest as I think we all need some much needed northwards movement ASAP. I think we’ve all been patient enough.
