Changing Landscape5 Dec 2021 08:46
Morning all,
Like most here I really hoped we would of heard news by now, I’m sure there are plenty who like me have gone fairly heavily in here and expected a result by now ?
This time last year a lot of us were expecting this to be boxed off but the landscape in 12 months has changed significantly .
Business deals have a habit of taking much longer than originally thought at the start of the process with sometimes what appears as even the most simple transaction taking plenty of twists and turns before getting over the line .
We can take some solace that EUA clearly has more than one company interested in their assets with potentially a massive curve ball thrown in which has clearly delayed the processs . However personally from my experience the longer this takes the better for shareholders, if the directors were desperate to sell or thought they could agree a quick deal for their assets and run to the hills without extracting full value they would of by now . Instead they are playing the long game which tells me 2 things , maximum value and a very complex deal structure is in the offing.
So fear not fellow EUA holders our patience will be rewarded , just remember all of that research and why you invested here in the first place and the potential EUA has to reward us handsomely once the BOD ( some of which have been here for decades) finally agree the structure of sale and possibly JV.
The Landscape is good, very good.
Enjoy the build up to the festivities with friends and family.
