Let’s be honest the majority of us thought this would be “boxed” off by the end of 2020.

The landscape has changed significantly since then and it is clear to me that EUA assets have attracted the attention of some huge players . The Rosego JV has definitely unbalanced the original option of FSP and is the main reason we are still playing guess the “RNS” game .

I would be extremely nervous if it wasn’t for the fact that the BOD have a significant amount of shares and like us are reliant on the share price/dividend receiving a large uplift/rerate to benefit .

To make money on the stock market takes a lot of research and of course luck but even more importantly patience , and on this one patience is definitely starting to be tested……!

I’m still Topping up when funds become available , assets here are highly desirable with some of the BOD that have been in the company for decades . I trust them to get this over the line so will remain patient until that “RNS’ lands………

If folks are selling at a loss because of the green box brigade and share price volatility they cannot blame anyone other than themselves. I just cannot understand why anyone would invest money into a company without going through due diligence and continuously absorbing news from the company and understanding global demand / assets/ future importance of PGM`s
Might as well pop off to the local casino and choose your colour on the roulette wheel if you don't have the sense to research and properly understand a company before investing........

For anyone wetting beds just give your head a shake , we have just been presented a perfect opportunity to accumulate on the cheap just like the BIG institutions.

Just read the report- two things to highlight-

The Directors believe the Rosgeo JV has the potential to be transformational for the company.

AND

The Board’s aim is to deliver value to its shareholders by leveraging the significant experience of its Directors and management team to develop its projects. The Board is also focused on maximising shareholder value and continues to prioritise the potential for asset sales of the Company. It is the board’s intention to continue to progress both strategies (project development and sale of assets) concurrently

Seems pretty clear to me whats going on behind the scenes........

Sleep well , all is in hand . We have an asset sale with significant dividends coming our way and the Rosgeo JV which will be transformational for the company.

Bloody hell it’s there in black and white for everyone .

Roger , some very good points made .
Yes it is frustrating however for me this is potentially a huge deal with many foibles to consider . This is a very complex situation which I’m sure has had plenty of twists and turns for the BOD to navigate around .
The devil is in the detail , which for the most part has been fairly sparse but I think there is plenty of snippets in most of the RNS which for me personally has been enough to continue to hold (and of course occasional top ups )and be happy to let the BOD crack on with getting a deal over the line.
Deal or no deal EUA will be a cash cow for investors for those that remain patient .
If the current share price concerns you / others just take a moment to step back and deliberate what shenanigans might be going on behind the scenes to suppress the share price ??
We have potentially some of the biggest hitters in the world interested and EUA has caught the eye of some rather large investment companies .We have to be realistic with expectations , for me the longer this goes on the better . Much better chance of the deal numbers being higher now than even just 6 months ago .

Just my spin on the situation , all you can do in this situation is be confident in your research , read the RNS and be in tune with worldwide demand for the assets we have and then either hold , sell some or exit completely

Rosego option will not be classed as an asset until the option is taken and contracts signed. MT is currently the biggest asset to EUA so I’m guessing this is what will be sold to release the “significant” dividend and of course WK could also be sold but personally I think this will be kept in EUA control.

If we are all allowed a stab in the guessing game :

MT and Flanks sold
WK- EUA continue to develop/mine.
Rosgeo- Option taken and JV announced .
Money from recent placement goes into WK and Rosego JV.
Special “massive” Dividend of 70p-£1.40 then yearly dividends to look forward to in the future.

This gives shareholders including of course the board of directors a cracking payout/reward immediately and a regular income over the coming years . Also it ensures the relationship that EUA has with the Russian authorities continues during the JV on Rosgeo which clearly benefits the other party in the JV.

If it’s down this path it truly would be happy days and rums all round.......

Spot on Tigra, pretty clear what's happening. The great thing is how quickly this cash raise has been put in place since the vote. I think we can expect news on the dividend very soon now, it would not surprise me if we know the details by the end of the month, possibly sooner as it does seem like things are pretty much boxed off.
I cannot believe they will still be discussing the sale of the assets and trying to figure the dividend payable?
Once the dividend is announced it gives investors a choice to cash 100% in and walk, take the dividend and continue to hold , the latter is the smart move as for me this is just the start of the journey with EUA.

Good morning all,
What a great way to start my birthday today after yesterday’s late RNS, it’s been pretty tough going for many of us holding on for this long but finally we are going to be rewarded.
Let’s hope for some big numbers to reflect the trials and tribulations we’ve all endured over the months / years.

Asset sale and then JV on Resego is the absolute sweet spot. Payout with a nice dividend imminent and a massive upside on the share price during mining the Rosego. What a cracking job the board of directors have achieved , many ,many families lives are going to be enriched from their hard work over the last couple of decades .

I`m sure from memory you were guilty as charged a few months back when you suddenly changed opinion on EUA as an investment....??

The characters on this board never cease to amaze me, good luck all genuine`s lets hope we can get this done and dusted in the next few weeks as I`m sure we can all agree not many of us imagined we would be drifting into May without a deal being announced.

£1m, that isn't just a hunch ...............

Matt- you have summarised my sentiments perfectly ( to the point I thought I had written that myself !)

Today is just a very small part of the journey , I expect in the coming weeks or months the landscape will become much clearer and the share price will start to reflect the quality pipeline and vision Hemo have.
For long term investors nothing has changed , Hemo has shown today that they are clearly wanting to extract as much value as possible for each product and are not afraid of turning down offers which they feel undervalue the product . We were given this insight when Vlad posted in reference to this a few months back ( value to getting products through to clinical trial 1,2,3)and of course this strategy had already been supported by the CLN.
The clues were right in front of investors but not many had absorbed the information and realised that there was a strong chance that Hemo was planning on going as far as possible with each product line themselves and would happily walk away from a low ball offer for CDX from a “global” company .

Understandably some investors here would of happily accepted a low ball offer from “global” company for a few pence increase in share price . Profit is what we are all here for but personally I’m looking much, much further ahead. Today just reaffirms that Hemo will not” fire sale “ a product just to get a deal over the line . They are clearly confident in CDX and will push on as far as possible before extracting full value .
Hemo are currently working with high quality organisations such as Penn and are supported with appointments like sir Marc Feldmann and have an excellent potential of pipeline of products and in my opinion they are not just an average junior Pharma .
The pipeline of products haven’t changed , CDX hasn’t failed, Penn haven’t walked away . Hemo and global company have decided not to agree an early deal on CDX that’s all.................which of course can change at any moment.

Vlad a few months back posted about value and getting products as far as possible through Trials before selling . Clearly that was a tell tell sign for us all.
Hemo in the next 12-18 months is where the true value is for anyone that has the patience to hold .
I’m here long term so whatever happens today is immaterial just feel sorry for the the get rich quick kinda guys .
