We all will have different strategies. I prefer to only hold 4 or 5 shares . Mainly due to the amount of research it takes to understand each company . I have learnt over the years that understanding a company really helps in not just judging the correct exit strategy but also importantly if the share price starts to drop . Understanding the fundamentals and why a share is in a downwards spiral is just as important as figuring out when to sell as profits starts to increase.
I learnt a valuable lesson a few years back with GKP. Cost me neck on 60K because firstly I didn’t understand the region or company well enough and secondly I got greedy and didn’t bag profits before things went south.....luckily the wife never found out and I managed to bounce back....lol
I have also exited a share far to early (Tesla) bought back in 2016 and sold just before the share split. last year.This one really peeved me off(and still does) as I have owned a Tesla since early 2017 and really understand the company well but made the school boy error of thinking that it had maxed out and was due a reversal. I will be back into Tesla at some point this year as I can honestly see it going to $10,000+ within the next ten years .

The very industry Hemo is in classes this as high risk , however my research tells me that this will certainly bag a profit but patience is required. I will slice a percentage of my holding when it reaches my target price this year , the remainder will sit until we hit Pounds not pence.

Before retiring for the night I have reread today’s RNS.
Initially on digesting the first few paragraphs I immediately thought we’ve heard this all before why has this been RNS ??

However on reading Vlads quote he makes it pretty clear to me BOTH products are going to clinical trials . No iffs butts or maybes........

I think we can all agree these RNS are not exactly clear to us and could and should be written much better but what we can piece together is we need to sit tight whilst work in the back ground to clinical trials for BOTH products ARE happening with TWO esteemed ORGANIZATIONS.

We all know that true value starts getting released once clinical trials starts , we all need to hope that Hemo are allowed to go down this process as far as possible before “global@ company starts making their move .

Well,well ,well old Vlad has set up an company which has a reference to CBR, then quickly changes it to “Stealth” , very interesting !
Vlad made reference a few months back to extracting full value from products.
CDX agreement has been “delayed” several times .
Hemo mice are helping to accelerate accurate test results .
A nice RNS March 3rd in reference to CAR-T which sounds like things are really motoring .

Trying to piece together where Hemo is going with this with what can only be described as a fantastic pipeline of products requires the skill set of Sherlock Holmes!
One things for sure Vlads determined to get products to market to make people’s lives better . But he has also said he isn’t prepared to sell short the value of each product like some other Juniors have in the past . So this is a mixed message and a little confusing ?

Has Vlad decided to do a deal with “Global “ company on more than just CDX??
Is CDX deal done and Vlad is looking way further ahead . Already planning what’s next once CAR-T comes to fruition ?
Is he planning on keeping CBR development but everything else is potentially up for sale? Why did he need to feel that setting up a company forCBR was necessary ??
Old Vlads got a lot on his plate at the moment you would think adding another offshoot company would be the last thing on his mind ??

It would certainly explain the delay in CDX other than blaming it on COVID and why the CLN moved quite quickly . The CLN perhaps was required for negotiation to show how serious Hemo was in going it alone?
Let’s not forget Vlad is determined to get drugs out there to help in the fight against these horrible diseases . Not sure the monetary aspect of this play is Vlads priority?

Extremely interesting development, that has got the juices flowing. The fact that CBR is clearly in the new company name is surely an indication where this might be going?

The RNS on Friday has now reduced the risk significantly, we are now officially working with a state owned company. This is massive news in itself and de-risks our investment considerably. Clearly EUA have a very good relationship with the Russian authorities.
When I first started researching into EUA shortly after the suspension was lifted , location and government was a fairly big concern . That worry has now been completely removed.

Can someone do the maths please ?

If we have just acquired 75% of 104 m oz based on the platinum price and we received a 25% discount to auction price what is the 25 % discount actually worth? Surely the numbers just on this free ride should jump onto the share price as the absolute minimum ?
Had a few cans of pop this Evening but my brain tells me that the 25% discount off what would of been the auction price has to be worth something in itself . My man maths is telling me this has to be at least 10p, more than likely double or treble ??

Maybe I’m overthinking this but surely the discount itself is worth a fair few quid without even trying to compute what the 75% itself will be worth ??

A much ,much bigger picture is in play , it will come out in the wash but for me it is not a coincidence .........

Let’s hope we don’t get the FSP RNS Monday 7am . I want to see how the share reacts and then perhaps at 4.30pm release the mother of all RNS........

What is this deal worth to the share price ?

We know our board of directors are smart cookies and clearly well connected with the Russian government but the question we need to ask is .....
Why has EUA been given this MASSIVE opportunity ...??
There are much bigger /able miners out there which have an excellent track record of getting metals out of the ground .
The update RNS which we received 14th January did give us a clue that some non binding offers were also being received in various structures other than a full FSP.
Perhaps EUA have accepted an offer from a “local “ company (Norilsk Nickel springs to mind )at the suggestion of the Russian government and this is in “compensation”
Just spit balling but for me it makes perfect sense , we all know that PGM’s have never been so important to a countries future . A deal with NN ensures Russia has what some may see a little control of the final destination of these precious metals ?
I honestly think now we will not see a full FSP . A massive sale of everything other than this Rosgeo asset.
So special dividend for sale of historic assets with a lovely share price to reflect the Rosego deal .
Not quite what I was hoping for when I initially bought into EUA but bloody fantastic all the same .

Have EUA secured this deal that dwarfs the rest of the existing assets or should we read into the Bushveld reference a little bit more seriously ??
