So basically it is my understanding that EUA have acquired the option to purchase up to 100% (75+25) of the assets and they have negotiated a 25 % discount to what the Russian state would of initially auctioned off the assets for.
Not a bad deal in anyone’s books, never mind taking into account this is all next door to EUA’s other assets.......

The total of the Initial Consideration and the Earnout (if applicable) is capped at 75% of the value set under the relevant Russian law if the Additional Assets had initially been auctioned by the Russian state instead of being acquired by Rosgeo.

What’s not to like......??

The RNS certainly sounds like Eurasia have been poking their nose into this Rosego area for a considerable mount of time, 12000 samples is significant .......

Four palladium, platinum, copper, nickel and cobalt open pit deposits, upon which Russian FS completed and reserves (according to the Russian standards) approved by the Russian State Committee of Reserves (GKZ).



Each of the four open pit deposits, which are located directly adjacent to Monchetundra, have already been studied by Eurasia with block modelling and open pits' optimisations performed by the Company. According to the due diligence done by Eurasia, the ores are suitable for toll treatment over distances of 5 to 8km with beneficiation and mineral processing at the proposed plant site between the Company's open pit deposits at Loipishnune and West Nittis.



· A further five mostly open pit palladium, platinum, copper, nickel and cobalt assets are included in the JV, where Eurasia has carried out due diligence including c.20km of exploration drilling and some 12 thousand samples taken Eurasia

Let’s not forget of course the RNS from the 15th of March with increased reserves of West Kytlim

It’s anyone’s guess the value of assets that EUA have but if these two snippets of information is anything to go by it’s significant.

This was the Achilles heal , but now EUA have boxed the surrounding areas off we are good to go .
Typical this news comes before the new ISA allowance but I’m not complaining .....

Would be great to also hear of how many failed guesses to date , I’m guessing most of us are out with only a few left in the hat??

It will certainly be interesting over the coming days /weeks how quickly the SP will increase as there are only a small amount of shares available . I can’t remember who did the exercise last year of what us guys hold collectively just on this board? add Vlad , Mrs Vlad and associates into the mix and it is significant !
GLA - we are at a pivotal point in Hemo’s history and it is looking positive , very positive .

Morning all , good to see an increase in posters this week which is a great signal that Hemo is back on the radar for investors with the upcoming news very close.
For us LTH all we can do now is wait and calculate strategy on exit point , some of us will continue to hold others will slice or sell .I’m expecting to see 20p+ on positive Lilly news but only time will tell. We all known 20p should just be the start of the rerate as news starts to drop in 2021 and beyond.

Great RNS -would love to know why they have chosen to release this info now and if there is a hidden message for us all?
It really does feel like this will not be a complete outright sale , which in the grand scheme of things could work out so much better for folks like me that will cash in when the big RNS lands but don’t mind holding a few for the long term as well?

Who knows , but it will all come out in the wash sooner rather than later .....

The price of gold in 1,3,5 years time is anyone’s guess, it appears the ones in the know reckon it’s going to be significantly higher .............and they don’t mean just double or treble it’s current price.
