In the agreement with our Chinese friends they have the right to:
1) buy the staff we produce at a market price.
2) increase their holding to 80% , now this will become obvious with the 70m plant cost.
3) if they wish to do so then acquire the 100% of kod.
as I explained before kod is 7m cap vs sav 50m cap with the same level of deposits.

1) we know kod major share holders are Sc and others with SC average cost price is ~ 0.31p.
2) similar company in Europe with the same tonnage and stage 'sav' is worth 50m : that is 0.62 for kod
3) Locals and management paid for share at 0.08 a share .
4) BoD sais: our strategic investor given us an indication or funding the development 'plant'
Conclusion:
a) I can't see Bod convincing locals and management to buy at 0.08 if he is planning to dilute at this level or bellow unless he is planning to be shown the door soon.
b) as I see it 70m + estimated kod capital at 30 - 50m will be a reasonable mixture given the comparable price for kod.
that is at the lower end 70 + 30 gives SC 80% and sp will be at 0.30p

Yes, this means we have not signed the deal yet, as this is subject to obtaining licence first.
what matters here are all major share holders agreed to the process. and that grantees their interest and PI as well.
