TimmyTradeFace, with no mojor expenditure on the pipeline, and with the rate of expenditure so far, £250,000,00 would last for months.
So kod did not need to raise cash till it settles the ML and TOA with SC, then with improved sp they could raise cash the way they like.
With the new Covid19 situation, investors are more choosy. So what is this cash needed for? part of it will go to exploration but this will not make kod able to raise cash for the plant. For plant development we need either SC fully committed or 3m cash to improve all figures published so far.
So it is up to BA to clarify this point. Is SC still committed to building the plant, if so why this 1/2m cash raise now? Does the LM need some help to be issued. Riverfort are familiar with west Africa business!! I guess this is where they get their confidence from.
This RNS really opened the gap wide for speculation about the relations of kod and SC and the future of the plant building. but the confidence of Riverfort in putting their cash here is a comfort we can't ignore.
