This is the clue BA is and SC are using to assess the extended resource in Bougouni. If Geology is consistent along a long strike then they could extrapolate the results obtained from digging to the other zone, hence their confidence in far more resources then what is proved so far.
I am still very positive in SC will show great faith in Kod soon.

daza, next fund raise could take three forms:
1) small amount ~£200,000. just to wait for SC to make their mind about the next step. This will have no major impact on sp.
2) wait for signing the OTA and get a prepayment from SC for further development for 2 years. while the plant is being built.
3) fund raise in open market for 2-3 millions to develop JORC further. this means SC is no more a supporter of BA. this will dilute sp to 0.03p waiting for drill results. This means BA has changed course 180 degrees. In this case BA has to produce results to the market standard.
The faster we get the ML the sooner option 2 and 3 will see the light.

from the day BA issues a speeding ticket, it was clear BA does not like volatility. I can't blame him as he feels let down by his major investor then 'who bought at 0.04p and sold at 0.5p' and left a lot of unhappy investors behind. The question is: Will SC make a bid for Bougoni project or sign the OTA and proceed to finance. The tailored info and strategy is not favoring western finances. Unless it is a hostile bid from USA or Germany companies. USA gov is favoring a foot hold in Africa.

good news, we passed the technical test, so no extra requirements, no extra time and expenses. The rest is a formal procedure. may two week or three.

Now BA speeches are worth trusting, and they are used to test the truth as well. strange world, logic has no meaning at all. Now BA speeches are used for deductions, he was not trustworthy at all a short while ago. anyway. hypos are short sighted and make a lot of s**t in their environment. It does not make any sense to raise money for cheap shares at this stage, not from new share holders. if someone is ready to raise 117m for plant it will be a wise move to raise 3 m in the same way to keep the third of kod shares. but I do not rule out the temptation for the close circle to benefit from this last opportunity to maximize their holdings. 'BA, SC and management and local and some lucky existing share holders'.

It will be an exiting year for share holders, suggests, no cheap fund raising is in the pipeline!!

Raising funds by any method, except issuing new shares at this stage. I think BA has alternatives as we are closer to production. 1 year gap wont heart serious lenders. even at high interest rate still better than issuing shares at this level.

delicate questions are asked about how to achieve these synergies and what bounding agreements should be in place to force both parties to abide by them. probably the floating process will be shared as well by both companies. kod going concern finance is a major indicator of how things are going to happen here. it is a serious threat to SC to let kod issue new shares at this level, given the fact that they can not benefit form them as they are very close to 30% . so I guess a serious work and head scratching is happening between kod, sc and mll.

Bib, full information mean full price, there is no fun in financing after all results are clear. if you are talking about banks financing kod project, you are right, they always require full set of conditions including DFS/BFS. they have their own business model and they stick to it. other businesses are more open to risk/reward thinking. Here we have SC invested 4.5m without knowing that match about what is in the ground. It could be other companies are ready to hand BA 1.? millions and get the third of kod as a start to finance one or two years of more digging. Having said that I will not exclude the possibility of an offer for the bogouni project even at this stage given the trend in lithium demand.

I like your reasoning gays. Unfortunately investment is not based on facts. Facts are already priced in. Investment is based on expectations. If kod is tiny as most are convinced here/given the facts, then why mll would bather about synergies with a tiny neighbor? why mll would bother about getting access agreement to land owned by its tiny neighbor which was available to them few years ago and had already scanned and picked the best peaces. Things do not add here?? I will stick with BA line of thought. Kod is major and kod will have finance. Thank you.
