The plant is likely to be managed by SM, as they are already managing a similar plant.

kodal will still be needed as explorer, as kod still have large concessions to explore and develop new resources. kod has already Steve as the experienced manager in developing mines. the question is always going to be how to slice this cake. BA and his team experienced in exploration, Steve in mining ,SC in sales and procurement. They can make a perfect team but is it after sales of kod lithium or before. BA thinks kod will still be the producer 'from his last speeches'.

SC is not interested in managing mines, they are in the business of supplying mining input in general. They don't have the structure of a producer.

WelchTrader, as I said in the previous post, the problem with lithium manufacturers is to insure supply of quality lithium. So in my mind, SC, or backers will provide finance by buying supply contracts from SC. Rock lithium will be in short supply soon as the market pickup again. SC main business is to supply lithium, and they are here just to do that. good grade lithium market is in its infancy and there are no supply chains to impose prices. It is still a contract market.
For me it is almost certain SC will help with finance, exactly as they promised BA to do just that.

besides, brine lithium is match cheaper than rock lithium as brine lithium is not good enough for high grade batteries. We have rock lithium and it is much higher priced.

You've being criticizing kod sinace the sp was 0.26p. you are always using partial information to down grade BA work. Are you the one we should listen to now? As joeman1 told you lithium prices are misleading as there is no spot price yet. The market is still relaying on contracts not published price here and there. Got it, lithium market is not mature yet to have a spot price.

any one investing here would look for the future prices not the actual prices. the future economies not corona virus dip. the future resources not the published ones. kodal has large unproven reserves and customers to take the product. The sp price reflect the dim facts of today not the future prospects. Investing is always a risk, you don't take it you don't get the reward.
SC do not need detailed FS as they have their geology doctor on board for year now. They know what is in the ground.

the pessimists here, see it as going to be flogged as low as 0.12p given the averaging down of BA and management members.
SC still have its average at 0.25p. BA and SC see it as going to production and will experience a substantial sp increase. I am with the second lot till we see an offer. We are waiting for the news about ML and this will kick start signing of final OTA and financing the plant. The sp will stay at this level till news confirm otherwise and River-fort loose interest in selling at 0.045p as this is where they will start to make small profits by selling their monthly equivalent of share 'about 120m shares a month'.
