I was just saying we lodged the licence with a Malian gov and were inches from obtaining the licence then a cop and new gov come in and we were progressing form months to get the licence and paid for the licence. Then last two weeks a new cop and another gov is not in place yet ..as the new military there are puzzled what to do. so Licence or not it is still a question it is not sure as far as I can see it. the ministers are under house arrest and the president is a prisoner.

ranger, it is better you start reading things right. just do not catch half the sentence and throw it back. I was taking about kod which was 0.04p few months ago and people where selling chunks. now it is 0.40p.

what I see here is another trouble if we find out that those contributed to 0.12p cash raise start to bail out. It is just going to repeat the previous experience we had already with the previous investors selling at the spike.

Daz, Chinese are interested in lithium only they are not interested in the gold hype. This is why I fee the price is too high for them to enter at this stage given the price is not convenient for cash for equity. They may buy the lithium project as a separate project.
In the other hand the new gov 'few days old ' it is just a pro French soldiers that may not be as you expect keen on helping the Chinese out. besides this is going to set Mali in an awful civil war given the major population is against this French intrusion.

The current gov in Mali is pro French is it likely not to stay in power long enough let alone providing a licence to the Chinese.
I guess licence now is not likely to be delivered soon.
I hope I am wrong, but this is a strong possibility now. The previous pro French gov was expecting some 'cash' for the licence but they kept it close to their chest. the ousted gov was pro Chinese and was willing to help but it was knocked down. I don't know if the current price reflect the lithium expectations as it looks far too expensive for the price Chinese are likely to pay. gold prospect news is too vague as the level of exploration done so far does not confirm the claim kod have made about the prospected space. too sketchy.
The safe price for Chinese cash contribution would be 0.12-0.15 0.25 would be a dream.
way to expensive now for lithium alone and too risky for a first round gold exploration.

ranger, chunky sells never tell you any thing about the future. It is just people get fed up with waiting. Look at kod few months ago people were selling at 0.04p now it is x10 were they right ? No I guess they are kicking themselves now.
what matters here is the growth of income above required costs, and that will happen soon. can't keep a company mcap = 10m with profit above 2m let alone the expected profit of 10m or more.

what is missing is the level of production already in place and the confirmation of new wells production. After that people are free to assess the level of income against the liabilities and decide the new share level.
we may get an RNS for pipeline upgrade soon but that is the added value, what we need is the true picture of the value already in place and a bullish tune about the future outcomes.
till now we got only the facts about debt restructuring and huge wages for the boss and generous warrants as well.

cash for equity is a precautionary measure anyway. They have income from production to service the doubt and more. No need for expensive ventures at the moment. I am glad it did not pass. I hope they will made the right decision regarding 'Marco Fumagalli' as well.

management do not issue warrants at 0.70 and 0.75 if there is bad news. In that case they could have waited to post bad new first and sp drops further and then issue warrants much lower and more profitable for them.
management thinks this range is the lowest they could get before the next positive RNS.

The market is just saying:
servicing of the debt is a problem as the company will be saving profits for the rainy day '2025'. What the company is failing to communicate is the state of the already in production network and possible enhancements of production. we have no clue about future plans since there are none. The company is focussing on generating income. From todays RNS warrants is a good signal for future outcomes.
It is clear communication is an issue because of the tight pocket we faced in the transformation stage. but all this will change once we start having spare cash in the hand to enter into new deals to enhance production further.

here is a short estimate of the state affairs;
total loss form last year was 27m including 10m for finance servicing and 10m for discontinued operations.
Revenue was 11m at the low prices of gas and petrol.
This year costs without financial costs it would be 7 m + 1 m for powering the new 10 wells say 10m
total revenue would be 11 + 6 = 17m for prices appreciation 'existing production' + 8 to 10 m for the new 10 wells (number of months has to be factored in as we are not producing yet) I expect next year figure to look like 17 + 8 = 25 million revenue
and 8 to 10 m costs.
The reason why costs has to drop considerably because
1) most of income is from gas
2) the major issues of pipeline and old legacy has being written off in the previous year.
3) no financial servicing for 3 years.
so it is:
Revenue = 25m - 4m for the past 6 months 'no production from the 10 wells'
costs = 10m
net profit=11m
You can enhance these estimates the why you like.

the 10 wells are expected to produce net to echo (net 336 – 420 bbl/d) this can bring at $70 price by 365 day = 1 year
maximum
420*70*365 =$ 10,731,000.00
minimum
330*70*365 = $ 8,431,500.00

ranger, you look to me as if you have sold your shares here and invested somewhere else. Unfortunate for you those shares want down as well and now you are not sure what to do:

what is this 'larger field manifold' is it already connected and how many well. He was talking about 10 well being connected to the larger field manifold. if the new 10 well will produce about 6 - 11 million income how about the rest?
are we going to be rich soon? as is going to move and shake when the consolidated news comes.

Following successful fabrication, installation of the pipeline infrastructure is now well advanced in the field, with substantial progress already achieved. The schedule remains on track and in line with the announcement of February 2021. To date a critical upgrade phase of the larger project has now been fully completed, with new infrastructure now installed at the Campo Molino field connecting individual well collectors to the larger field manifold. This section of the pipeline is now undergoing commissioning before becoming fully operational. This section alone ,will enable up to ten oil wells to be brought back online in both the Campo Molino and Chorillos fields. When these wells were lastin production in Q1 2021, the combined gross production was approximately 100 bopd (70 bopd net). These wells in the Campo Molino and Chorillos fields represent the initial phase of the total programme. As previously announced the total additional gross production of the wells expected to be brought on stream is expected to be in the range of 480 – 600 bbl/d (net 336 – 420 bbl/d. The excellent progress in continuing to deliver this project to schedule represents an important achievement

The pipe line was upgraded to deliver more from the last 10 wells.

you say the pipeline is on target and well advanced,but what is that target is it this month , next month it is all a little vague and gives different opinions to some on what we know of timetables can you give approx timetables or elaborate more
