In short no favors to SH please. build a viable network of funders and proper sales strategy.

as I said before, funders has to be multiples instead of one. Syme has to set a bid to monetize a batch of companies once processed. otherwise SH will to be choosy and the captive bank has to settle for the rest. This is not good for the captive bank as it will get all high risk companies. AZ has to set a new mechanism to sell deals to the highest bidder in order to sell the lot as a risk reward price. charges has to be set according to risk reward, no more this fixed 2%.

we did receive more clues from AZ but no one took it to this extent. He was complaining about funders but we did not think of SH stepping back.

The facts syme and AZ has to face is:
we have being manipulated by SH for a while now and they showed at the end that
they are a bank and need to maximize income and reduce risks. Now they want to
choose which customers to pick with a constant charge to syme.
I think syme has to ply by the market hard rules and set an auction for funders
to get what ever companies they wish to deal with at a bid price above all other
funders. It seems to me syme was a bit naïve expecting SH to take the lot at the
set syme charges. unfortunately it is not going to work like this. Syme has to
process companies needing finance and set auctions to distribute them among funders
less risk more cut to syme and less to the funder. supply and demand style.
I am convinced that SH want to pick the best companies in all areas at the low 2% cut
syme is asking for. Better syme wake up and change the rules of the game. No more
friendships. we are in a hard financial sector.

I think the main question AZ has to answer is why he relied on a single funder 'SH' which was never to be logical in a financial world and what is he going to to to diversity funders portfolio.

at last SH discovered they are a bank and decided to spread risk.
AZ next step is to diversify funders as well.
The concept is becoming more practical for syme, the funders and clients.

The stupid ones are already numbed and ready to be the victims of good news as they will sell to the sly ones first in the early minutes of RNS release.
