if you return to last q/a you find that the pipeline has already being finished and need only testing. that is some pressure and waiting for leaks. Is that labour intensive or misleading fellow investors?
news will be in the next two weeks.

does it really matter? gas in in the pipe and people need it especially in winter. Argentina is in the south globe. echo is not labour intensive like a restaurant or a hotel. It will be on target.
so buy share instead of wasting your time in scaring some holders.

These are some of the reasons:
1) Some people just need cash for unforeseen events. 'marriage death...other opportunities; you name it.
2) investors digged in have already done a series of averaging down or building positions in the previous days and have no more spare cash to add in.
3) two to three weeks waiting for an RNS may seem long for short term traders.
4) the volume is very low for any seller to get the right price.
5) psychological games mean there is always some time left to jump in so interested parties may sit on their hands for few days more.
6) traders being burnt time and time again and lost hope in quick gains. This is very good news as it keeps volume low and the chance of massive rerate highly expected.

Sit tight and hold, news will come when it is least expected.

covid19 as a meter, it tests the discipline of nations in respecting each other. There are some nations still with 0 vaccination yet they have very low fatalities although they are very close to Italy where the first outbreak was reported.

Uti, if you look at the volume today you can see the reason. 0.5% of shares traded, taking into account buys and sells and possible repeat transaction, that make it ~ 0.2% shares traded. This is a very low volume. echo is not benefiting of speculations as is not seen as a miner that could be sold or enter into JV. echo is seen as a flow of income at the moment the price is reflecting current income given the debt waiting to be paid. Once the flow of income move to new level and people see a possible long term profit generation process, then the price will reflect the accumulated income that could be generated from investment. wait and see what will happen after:
1) new pipeline increase gas sales.
2) flow of petrol to nearby port increase
3) steady appreciation of petrol prices.
I guess end of month is one milestone for pipe upgrade. end of June for six months update on production and very exiting few months after that to the end of the year. Don't expect sp to linger here for a while. Few traders are jumping in and out as the see some rainbows and chase them.

there always be trapped traders who misjudged time for news and start jumping ship. The MMs know this and they are capitalizing on their impatience. The volume is very low, any news will turn this very fast.
In general echo market is very small and any pressure to buy or sell will be a big ask.
as the proverb says: one swallow does not make the spring.

It seems some traders where on the side joined the party today. The have done it but with dirty tricks as usual. production news must be close.
