We are in a period of hyper activity due to newly joining traders caused by the fresh shares injected in the market. This will go dry soon and move up quickly. Most of echo share holders are long tern holders waiting for those new flows of petrol and the upgrade of the pipeline. I can't see why they should be trading if the potential is very promising. At the moment the mcap = 14m and revenue 6m there is room for sp to improve.

I had a similar experience last year with kod borrowed cash from the RF and at each two months or so the price drops to 0.08p, they convert part of the loan to shares then pump it to double the price and sell. they done it many times till they doubled all their money.

Ergp1, i checked the website. Echo short did not change. It is as displayed under the icon echo short position. Still 2.9%.

xviolet, the short was placed on the 6th not today. It caused the drop from the high 1.8 to where we are.
The answer is simple. echo got two year free from paying changes to Lombard, Lombard will use shorting to finance the loss from non payments. We need to know how match was supposed to be payed to Lombard every month to work out what is the struck deal between CEO and Lombard.

it is a delayed retrace. After each spike '1.8' traders tend to jump ship to avoid the retrace. it did retrace to 1.3 but the Q&A kept the hope that it will bring something out of the blue to push the price up again. The Q & A was reasonable and did not allude to anything that may kindle the upside trend. In general, echo is a profitable company with expending resources. next trading day my return to 1.3p waiting for a further update. Very good investment to hold.

Woodrow, the number of wells is variable according to market conditions. 38 well but some will be profitable as low prices but some may need higher prices to cover the costs of production and delivery.
so the market condition is the main factor of productivity.
