Longtrader, the 6 million of 1p warrants o/s in my earlier post related to the potential balance o/s to SI Capital and SA Angel combined only. There were 205,000,000 1p warrants allocated with an expiry date of 18/02/21 and 161,485,400 remain o/s.
In addition, Mr Brian Moritz, a former non-executive director, was allocated 6,000,000 at 0.5p with the same expiry date and these remain o/s. The next closest expiry date of 10/12/21 is associated with a second equity placing 175,000,000 warrants at an offer price of 0.7p of which 27,500,000 have been exercised

Hi greenman, I am not a Geologist, just researched the background to Molopo Farms and tried to gain an understanding of the differing geologist views with the make-up.
Bear in mind that there are two different but related targets; significant Nickel Sulphide deposits at the feeder zones (the feeder zone has been confirmed and is now being assayed for nickel) and Platinum Group Metals in laterally continuous lenses (this continuous grouping has not yet been located and if groupings are just discontinuous will not be commercially viable) From the KKME site "All past exploration of the Molopo Farms Complex (MFC) has focused on finding Platinum Group mineralization similar to the Merensky Reef mineralization in the contemporaneous Bushveld Complex of South Africa.

This historic exploration did locate Platinum Group (and nickel) mineralization in individual drill-holes, but which was found to be laterally discontinuous. Our examination of drill core shows that the MFC is intensely deformed (away from the Jwaneng-Makopong Shear/Feeder Zone) by both ductile and brittle structures to explain the lateral discontinuity, both of mineralization and any lithological layering.

The deformation is accompanied by intense alteration of primary minerals, notably the replacement of olivine by serpentine and magnetite. The potential for major Ni mineralization was ignored despite anomalous showings of this metal in soils, borehole water and drill core analyses.

The primary target for KKME is Ni-Cu-PGM mineralization in the geophysically delineated major ENE-WSW Jwaneng-Makopong Shear/Feeder Zone through the centre of the MFC. KKME’s re-interpretation of the available geophysical data shows that individual lithological units are deformed into laterally continuous lenses parallel to the ENE-WSW strike of the host shear/feeder zone.

A second type of target is massive or disseminated Ni-sulphide deposits at the base of, or within the ultramafic zone of the MFC. Major nickel deposits occur in major structural conduits that link into the roots of large igneous provinces near the edges of old cratons i.e. in similar settings to the shear/feeder zone of the MFC."

That is not what the RNS states, what it does state is that the mudstones "could be the conductor identified" but then goes on to list a number of anomalies with the model if it is and hence the decision to use a deep probe to establish whether there is a deeper or surrounding target, in parallel to starting the second drill hole for efficiency reasons.

For info, my records show that there were; 662,754,174 warrants and options issued in total. Of the warrants issued with an exercise price of 1p, minus the director warrants and options, which leaves SP Angel and SI Capital Ltd, there were 50,000,000 issued of which 6,485,400 remain outstanding. Of the warrants issued with an exercise price of 0.75, 210,526,316 were issued, 207,526,316 remain o/s. Of the warrants exercised with an exercise price of 0.70, 175,000,000 were issued, and 147,500,000 remain o/s.

Not 100% true moneybags, there will be PGMs in the upper ultramafic zone but fragmented and unlikely to be commercially recoverable. At the moment there is a doubt whether it was pyritic and graphitic mudstones showing up on the magnetic surveys or if there is a deeper than expected continuous layer containing commercially extractable PGMs:
· "The hole finished after passing through 25m of pyritic and graphitic mudstones from around 480m to 505m which could be the conductor identified from geophysical work or could overlie it.
· The graphitic and iron sulphide mudstones ("Mudstones") encountered towards the bottom of the hole died out with depth, while the geophysics carried out before drilling indicated an anomaly stronger with depth.
· Moreover, the Mudstones should be a continuous unit (at the base of the Segwagwa Group) and yet the geophysical conductor target appears to be more confined.
· As a result further investigation is required to confirm or eliminate the presence of other conductive structures around or below the end of hole.
· A down-hole geophysical probe is now being deployed into the first hole to gather additional deep-seated data to supplement the surface derived Time Domain Electromagnetic ("EM") and Natural Field Audio Magneto Telluric ("NF-AMT") geophysical modelling.
· The down-hole geophysics work will detect any other conductive structures for 300m around and below the drill hole. This will provide detailed and more precise data to help identify the location of any other conductive structures that should be targeted with further drilling.
· Should the geophysical probe results and modelling show the presence of a significant conductor below the current end of hole, we have the option of reinstating the rig to extend or deviate the hole."

Jury is still out on Molopo Farms. The fact
"that KKME 1-14 has successfully confirmed the geological proposition that the geology at Molopo Farm is that of a feeder zone. In addition, the hole appears to confirm the geophysical modelling, with some precision in the identification of conductors at depth"
is a real positive as regards the potential to host Nickel Sulphide deposits, as earlier Molopo Farm geologist reports opined that
"The Lower Zone of the Bushveld Complex constitutes the sole likely stratigraphic correlative of the Ultramafic Sequence of the MFC. Both successions most probably crystallised from a common (early Bushveld) B1 parental magma that, rather than entering the MFC magma chamber through a deep feeder dyke, flowed laterally from the main Bushveld magma chamber into the MFC satellite compartment via a constriction" and hence discounted the possible presence of Nickel Sulphide deposits.

Early data from US biotech Moderna has revealed that its Covid-19 vaccine candidate is 94.5 per cent effective, raising hopes that a range of immunisations will be available to help end the pandemic.

The interim analysis of the vaccine, currently known as mRNA-1273, comes after 95 trial participants contracted Covid-19, including just five who were given the coronavirus jab.

While the data was published via a press release, it includes significant details that remain unclear around the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine - which uses the same mRNA technology to target the coronavirus spike protein and an immune response.

During the trial 11 people became severely ill with Covid-19, all of whom were in the placebo group. Of the 95 cases reported, 15 were detected in individuals older than 65 and 20 were from black and ethnic minority backgrounds.

Peter Openshaw, Professor of Experimental Medicine at Imperial College London, welcomed the results as “tremendously exciting”.

“This latest press release is based on a study of 30,000 US adults, including many high-risk or elderly persons. This gives us confidence that the results are relevant in the people who are most at risk of covid-19 and in most need of the vaccines,” he added.

The press release also detailed only minimal side effects - 3% of people reported that the first dose caused some pain around the injection site, while 10% of people noted fatigue, muscle aches and flu like symptoms.

“These effects are what we would expect with a vaccine that is working and inducing a good immune response,” said Prof Openshaw.

There is added excitement around the vaccine because, unlike the Pfzer candidate, it does not need to be “deep frozen” at -70C, making distribution easier. Instead the vaccine remains stable for up to six months when kept at -20C, the temperature of a conventional freezer, and can be stored for up to 30 days in a standard fridge.

However the UK does currently have access to the Moderna vaccine, which has been predominantly funded by the US government as part of “Operation Warp Speed”.

Pursuant to the option agreement (“Option Agreement”) that Evrima entered into with two of the founding shareholders of KKME (please refer to the Company’s news release of 8th September 2020 headed “Re. Option Agreement”), the Company is pleased to announce that, after a period of evaluation and due diligence, Evrima is exercising its option granted in the Option Agreement.

Prior to signing the Option Agreement, Evrima held a 2.4% interest in KKME; following the optionexercise, it will have acquired a further 17.2% of KKME resulting in Evrima holding an interest of 19.6% in the capital of KKME.

The aggregate consideration of £138,000 (one hundred and thirty-eight thousand pounds Sterling) payable upon exercise to the grantors of the opton (“Grantors”) shall be satisfied through the issue of 2,300,000 new ordinary shares in the capital of the Company to be allotted at the price of £0.06 (six pence) per share (“Consideration Shares”). James, Paul is merely ensuring that the current circa 18% holding in KKME is maintained post the KKME rights issue which has increased the number of shares in circulation and hence would of reduced POW's holding if action wasn't taken to take part in the rights issue.

MFC should have reached the top of the target zone at close of shift yesterday (12th Nov) as from the 11th Nov RNS:
"As this is the first hole on the project into unknown geology the drilling has been proceeding cautiously to maintain the 100% core recovery, but with the rig now expected to average around 30m/shift we expect the hole to reach the start of the conductive target within the next few days. The drill hole has now reached a depth of 445m and is now approaching the start of the target zone and the upper edge of the geophysically modelled conductive body at around 505m depth."

By 24th Nov the Canadian Silver Project drilling should conclude which I believe will be a slam dunk.
So if Molopo Farm drill disappoints, the sp will fall back and provide a buying opportunity in advance of the Canadian Silver Project results which will prompt a steep recovery. If Molopo Farms comes up trumps then the sp will shoot up, there will be some profit taking which again will provide a further buy in opportunity in advance of the Canadian Silver results. Kinda no brainer for anyone sat on the sidelines without an interest to take a small risk in the circumstances I would suggest
