Larus, I would like to think that individuals make their own minds up based on analysis of the facts available to them and I suspect investors pay more heed to the words of the CEO's in elrico's podcasts than views expressed in his blogs. Opti and Skin are my biggest holdings and I do not swap between the companies as I expect both to increase substantially on recent sp prices within the next 6 months but would not like to guess which of the two companies will progress first. The Sweetbiotix launch is the likely catalyst for a sharp re-rate in Opti's sp and rally could drop any day. The end of year revenue figures in Feb 2022 should also prove informative and positive. For Skin, the Croda skinbiotix pre-launch Beauty Parade is keenly anticipated, which catalyst will drop first, who knows?

Larus, a reminder that Opti's price was 51p last December when the Skin price languished at just 15p so do not place too much emphasis on the investment value change. I agree the recent share price fall has likely more to do with the High Net Worth Individuals swapping shares between the two companies, however, you have to ask yourself the question as to why their is not more ii interest in Opti and lay that at SOH's door rather than blaming a blogger who is a share holder in both companies and as far as I am aware has not encouraged pi's to swap between companies.

Beinthelead, I am unclear what Croda news will be next week for the past 6 months you are talking about? Croda news we have received during the last 6 months has been about scale-up to pre-launch levels documented in RNS's along with first revenue expected in 2022, and this has not changed. I presume you are talking about the "Beauty Parade" which was always spoken of as being pre-launch and expectations were for it to be at the end of this year, which may still be the case.

Letitrun, as a fellow holder in Opti shares I understand the basis of your views only too well. What I would say is that SOH and Stuart are two very different individuals and their approach to marketing could not contrast more. SOH has taken a sleepy hollow approach to promoting his products being satisfied initially with being a big fish in a puddle whilst leaving everything to his partners to promote and as a result has seen revenues start at a very low base. Stuart has been far more aggressive in his approach, and has driven targeted market through psoriasis societies which should see revenues start at a much higher base and grow far more rapidly, but as you say we need to wait for the bottom line figures to see how successful the approach has and will be. What I will say is that psoriasis is a very visible condition and hence it will be easier to promote a treatment that is seen to work and is not life threatening rather than a product such as lpldl which whilst world class is addressing people with high cholesterol and blood pressure that doesn't tend to manifest itself until a stroke or heart attack occurs. At this point the medical profession steps in and prescribes known remedies based on statins which will contribute to slower sells build up

We wont have too long to find out draft, keep an eye out for their new product launches in the very near future

The market has seriously underestimated the value of this RNS, especially in the light of the previous unwarranted pullback in share price to the low 40s. SOH has repeatedly told us he is, and has, renegotiated deals with bigger partners and for higher royalties and greater percentages, and I believe that come the end of year results we will finally see this reflected in the bottom line revenues.

To support mol's educated guess this description ties in nicely with the RNS wording

The LTH's do not feel overly bothered because there has been no bad news and we have seen this all before when Seneca and Opti previously flooded the market with shares. Both times the share price recovered soon after, so for the lucky ones with cash to spare it has been a time to top up rather than bemoan our fate

Well just added back to my original number of shares holding at this price. Personally, I believe axis sales have been less than the pre-registered interest suggested they would be (i.e. supply constrained until the New Year) as evidenced by known people on the pre-registered list being recently invited to follow-up their interest. That said, we know the product works where other treatments have failed so once word gets around from the initial intake, there will be a snowball effect as more and more enlist; so just a question of time. As mentioned in my earlier post, Croda are behind the curve with their pre-launch 20,000 litre scale-up of skinbiotix which was forecast for September, which will mean that income from that stream will be pushed back to later in 2022. What hasn't changed however, is the fact that just these two products are game-changers in their respective markets and there are others in the pipeline.

Agree re the Croda launch. Manufacturing scale-up should have happened in September but hasn't been achieved yet. This bad news was offset by the additional benefits to skinbiotixs identified by Sederma

Agree comms are poor but I would rather be buying and holding at these prices than feeling compelled to sell. It is a profitable company with clinically proven products that just lacks a competent marketeer

Quite agree Larus, in fact selling 3% at 55p is looking like good business in the light of today's skinbio sp. However, whether selling the cash cow or raising funds through a placing isn't the issue here, it is seeing some substantial return on investment in terms of revenue and profit growth that we all need to see to justify SOH's optimistic £1b company valuation prediction. Delivering on a sweetbiotix launch this year would be a start

No elephant, but suspect investors are waiting to see whether SOH's confidence that news on sweetbiotix will be delivered in H2 (just 35 days left) and failing that, the unaudited results in Feb 2022 show sustained revenue growth throughout H2.

Primarily about the Kavango owned KSZ but I asked a question re funding for other project areas. Response was that they are fully funded for drilling in other areas and once finished at the KSZ, post Christmas will be moving the drilling rig to Ditau and then onto the KCB (South Ganza)
