With £2.3m in the bank, no fundraise. By my calculations, the additional 50,000 users in the last 3 weeks should go some way to covering that if repeated over the next 2 months.

As with Argentina or any other business in a growth cycle. If there is a sniff of this being a success and growth figures heading for profitability, the mcap will reflect this today, not when profitability arrives but month if not years before it lands. As long as the analysts see the growth continuing and no other threats to the business in the meantime. With the average smartphone bill in India costing around £12 per month. 35p per month for the apps seems reasonable. Articles on smartphone use and a price war in India as mobile operators are slashing prices and increasing data allowances to convert standard users onto smartphones. It's all good for MOS.

Regardless of the Monkey Capital thing, I'd say the SVS Securities reverse takeover is happening anyhow. The agreement for DMH&Co to finance the deal was struck before any of this Monkey business (see what I did there :-)) came about. So it looks to me like there are 3.5m options available under the original deal struck last October at 35p or if it's financed through Monkey Capital, 3m options in a revised deal giving 40% to DMH&Co. Either way, it looks like HWC are going through the process of reversing SVS Securities and it's being done without over diluting long term holders. I think HWC BoD have done is proud of it goes through whether MNY goes a ahead or not.

No one on here had even heard of Daniel until recently and there's no one on this board qualified enough or can put a coherent text together to take any notice if such an opinion had been posted. Check out regular financial press and especially the usually sceptical FT alphaville article if you'd like a more informed opinion and to know why everyone is getting excited about HWCs involvement in Monkey Capital.

Chimers, it's a long shot but certainly possible. I've been watching/investing in HWC since Ludwik Sobolewski joined the board. It was a strange appointment for such an unassuming shell. I speculated with him coming onboard, they must have big plans. I didn't expect this though!! I wish they would issue an RNS to keep investors up to date. We are finding this information out third hand and it could still all be *******s. Although I've had communication with Daniel of DMH&Co and he says it's full steam ahead with the plans and HWC are an integral part. Nextlink, you're right, not many private investors saw the opportunity here. I'm sure they'll jump aboard on relist when they see the potential with MNY

There's a lot of interest in this ICO. It's the first of a kind offering a crypto decentralised hedge fund. It's taken a lot of research but I've bought into the concept and I'm currently picking up COEVAL when possible. HWCs involvement is a coup for any existing shareholder but also an excellent opportunity to buy into the success story using conventional share holding of HWC rather than buying bitcoins and then crypto tokens if it's out of your comfort zone. HWCs share price will rise with the success of the hedge fund and its popularity is currently off the scale. White paper suggests opening price around £1.50. This is detailed where DMH&Co are to buy 1m shares at a 90% discount to HWC's relist price for 200,000USD. This also ties in with the £1.50 price for the options. I haven't had confirmation of this yet. Shares will be held very tight (currently 57% in directors hands) and be in great demand by anyone wanting to share in the success of the first decentralised 1bn USD hedge fund. This is a brand new concept and HWC shares offer a conventional way to join in the potential explosive success. Screaming buy if it opens under £2

Are you expecting a rush to get onboard? The directors are black belt and have the knowledge, connections and £3m to play with. Mcap expected to be close to cash in bank on opening? Excellent opportunity to get on board at sensible levels. The two assets they are sitting on aren't anything to get carried away with but with spare cash and the circles they move around in, they could surprise with a new licence/projects.

V3 was released yesterday. They spent the last week revising. As it is such a recent update I'm now more than happy with HWC's high level involvement.

New white paper published over the weekend at Monkey Capital. HWC very prominent and not just a passive investment. Looks like HWC will be playing an important role in the mechanics of the hedge fund. Also had confirmation from Daniel that HWC are playing an important role but up til now both Szytko and himself have not been in a position to discuss in detail. The white paper details SVS Securities reversing into HWC. If they are so far down the line with this takeover and it has been published elsewhere. a HWC should really be issuing a statement. Potentially a 10 bagger on return to market. Potentially more if the ICO is a success.
