destitute, lol. Its is tempting at these levels but we've all been there, done that. Some we won, some we lost. I've got a feeling having been following MOSs misfortunes since June that a surprise is imminent, but its not a surprise to those who can follow traffic reports to websites. Traffic doesn't automatically mean revenue but if they keep increasing their daily visitors like thay have been over the last couple of months and the official ranking figure keeps climbing. The revenue will follow.

Still some stock around at full ask but not a lot. Perhaps seller is done for now and sees the potential in holding what they have left for a higher return. mcap at just �1.7m, priced for complete failure, yet they still have cash and are on the verge of breaking into a huge market. It may be low margin revenue but the overheads are low and the infrastructure is in place. Its then just a numbers game and looking at recent traffic reports, the numbers are coming with a vengeance.

Breakout may be a bit premature unless the 2p seller is finished. You're right though, SB is a very shrewd CEO and despite the valuation of MOS at present, he and the team have always been very proactive, they don't just sit on their arses taking a fat wage like a lot of AIM CEOs He had to play down the performance in India in last RNS, the traffic figures a there for all to see but since this last RNS, daily traffic has doubled, mobilegaming is now ranked the 929th most popular website in india which is an amazing stat and every day it moves up the rankings and visitor numbers increase. I have had communication with SB previously and he has normally been very keen to reply, even when business is poor but my last couple of emails have been met with silence. As the current news in the open domain is so dire, I see this as he is now sitting on price sensitive news which due to all the usual market abuse rules, he is playing safe by not communicating. As I feel the news already in the open was so negative, what he is now unable to communicate is possibly the opposite of the last RNS.

Plenty of chunky buys over the last few days. Not budging the order book though so I'd say we have a bit of an overhang as a major holder feeds the MM's. Plenty of stock available sub 2p but anyone selling based on the profit warning for the 2016/17 year end report are forgetting the potential if MOS hit the sweet spot. Watching the traffic to one of MOS sites, it seems to be going up exponentially from a trickle of visitors in August to nearly 300,000 per day as of 11th Oct with over 40% of these visitors from India. Interesting to see the traffic source also. Two major player in India as the referral sites for the last few months but now the mobilegaming website top source for traffic is direct. This is very encouraging as it suggests returning visitors with direct bookmarks or apps connecting to the site. Nice buys going through today. (275k,250k and delayed 500k) Perhaps others are tracking the sites visitors and see the potential. Could easily be back at 6p from just a couple of months ago if next update reports an upturn in subscribers matching the 200% increase in visitors to the site over the last month or so.

Something is going on. No overhang as MMS happy to automatically take 500k at well over bid. Perhaps the Saffron acquisition of the PVO assets of which UOG have part share is creating buying pressure behind the scenes. There's certainly no cheap placing stock left. All being held very tightly. Google the news on PVO and Saffron and see what you make of it and the implications for UOG. Looks positive to me.

I agree shareguru, the wait is frustrating and the lack of any updates to keep us informed very disappointing. I'm just hoping it's taking so long because the deal is soooooo big, It's all gone quiet at at Monkey Capital so not sure if HWC still involved with them. Either way, the 2 deals hinted at by DWH, if still going ahead regardless of the Monkey business, should result in a pretty transformational return to market.

Looking at the numbers looks like Hargreave Hale have sold their entire holding to Cannaccord. Nice to have a new investor onboard.

Where did they get 9m shares from???? Surely a large stakeholder must have sold as that many shares haven't traded recently. New investor taking 10% is a massive endorsement

MOS is very illiquid at times. When there is a small flurry of buys or sells, the SP can move as with all shares. But to call it a P&D is hilarious. It's only moved a few percent!! Glad these dicks have come out to play. Normally a good sign there's large buy orders in and someone needs to talk it down.

Following on from my previous post, traffic is now up 30% to 1.34m on a rolling 28 day basis. https://pro.similarweb.com/#/website/audience-geography/mobilegaming.com/*/999/28d Just a few days ago 25% (250,000 visits) of total traffic to mobilegaming.com over a 28 day period was from India. This has now risen to 40% (550,000 visits). This is a 120% increase in Indian visitors to the site over just a few days. There could be many reasons for this and it could fall back but the trend I've been watching over the last few months is showing plateauing then a spike upwards then the pattern repeating with huge leaps in traffic. Argentina was 33% (330,000 visits) today its around the same percentage but due to higher total number of visitors this has risen to 440,000 visits. MOS is currently priced to fail but online data is showing that the Argentinian model can be repeated on a massive scale in India. The next trading update will hopefully reflect and possibly explain the sudden surge in visitors.

2.5m traded yesterday. Not a single share traded today!!! 3.75p no longer attracting buyers but one positive is the increased bid hasn't found any sellers today.

As far as I'm aware, HWC doesn't need to relist before ICO. It can come back anytime. Before or after.

Rita, Who knows which way it's going to go, if we could answer that we'd all be millionaires. I sold out for fear of suspension on Monday. Seen it so many times when a dead cat bounce is used to let large stakeholders sell up. Put my profits plus a bit more into AERO, looks like they may have a trading update about to drop which should be a lot more upbeat than the last couple of years. Floated at £7m mcap, now down to £1.7 but Geocurve acquisition looks to be paying off.

It's a shame we only seem to be able to get details on what's happening at HWC from a white paper for an ICO but I suppose something is better than nothing. Reading the paper again what jumps out is it can be interpreted difffent to how I've read it before. It looks like HWC possibly taking a stake in SVS, may not be a complete reversal but just acquiring a partial stake in SVS. Which makes a lot more sense because the valuation would have been much higher than the suggested £15m relist valuation and it would require a name change yet the white paper only ever refers to the financial arm as Highway. The paper states with 4m shares, DMH&CO will hold approx 40% of HWC and will purchase them at a 90% discount for $200,000. That's how I get £15m mcap.

Interesting take on it from a new poster who obviously has no idea. I'll try to keep it simple for you. You are correct in pointing out dwindling revenues and the dwindled share price at 4p and mcap reflects that. But where do the calculations show that cash is required. £2.3 reported cash as of June 30th and an average burn of £50k average per month over the last 6 months, the worst 6 months for the last 5 years. I'd say cash under control. This is a new venture into India and although the business model isn't new, it works, especially in developing markets. The share price reflect where the business is today. It doesn't reflect the potential over the next 12 months and this is why at these levels it's a buy. If it was 12p at these figures I'd be concerned the SP is inflated but mcap <£4m, 2 years of cash in the bank if they burned double what they're spending at the moment and got there foot on the second rung of the ladder in an developing market. Buy and hold when everyone else is selling I f you want quantity. If you're only looking to invest £500, you can afford to wait for the news as you shouldn't have a problem buying in those quantities.

At least the old adage 'buy on rumour sell on news' didn't hammer the SP. We got the day traders arrive and leave in the first couple of hours. We now get to see over the coming weeks what the clever money does.

Amtech, you say "but it looks like they've accidentally on purpose left out the ebitda", I've already checked this on seeing the figure missing. They've never reported the ebita figure in the full year end trading statement in July. Its too early to report. Standard practice for most companies wanting to report a year end trading statement after a few weeks from closing books.

In the first 6 months of last financial year MOS was burning approx £120k per month. With the figures we have to work with today, the second 6 months of the year they have it down to £50k per month as shown by the cash still remaining in the company. This last 6 months includes months with half the number of Indian users we're reported to have today. Just imagine what the subscriber numbers would look like if MOS extended formula to 90 days, or just counted a subscriber whether they'd paid for an app or not!!! I bet the numbers are huge, Many tech companies reporting numbers report registered users. From experience, you earn money from less than 1% of traffic/users. MOS could easily be up 20m users of their apps/stores to acheive 250k paying users in the last 60 days, I don't think some people get the significance in the way MOS report the numbers. They only earned £2m in the last 6 months but thats still £333,000 per month and looking at todays figures I'd say close to break even. and investors got excited when MYSQ hit 10,000USD per month with no money in the bank!!!
