No. 28th Nov is end of exclusivity. May 2023 is the deadline by when RTO has to have happened.

Not necessarily so. Deal is not off on the 29th. It just means any other interested parties can be given the same information as the current interested party after the 29th.

Whether there is any other interested party or not, who knows. The only thing we can be certain of is that, come the 19th of Nov, we will have to make our decision re cash shell takeover.

I am expecting a detailed RNS sometime w/c 7th Nov.

The company is required to have completed an acquisition by the 27th of Nov. It is only exclusivity period that ends on the 29th of Oct. The company is not obliged to do anything by the 31st of Oct.

I am sure the BOD will follow correct protocol and we will hear something definitely before the AGM.
