The company is required to have completed an acquisition by the 27th of Nov. It is only exclusivity period that ends on the 29th of Oct. The company is not obliged to do anything by the 31st of Oct.

I am sure the BOD will follow correct protocol and we will hear something definitely before the AGM.

There should be a law against it. Otherwise, nothing to stop potential buyers from bringing any company to its knees, forcing it into administration and then picking it up for a song.

As you say, 29 RH is when exclusivity ends. 6 months after this became a cash shell will be 20 something of Nov. I eclectic we will get an update before the AGM - on the 19th Nov i believe?

Sounds like a private investor. Why would a PI sell now? I found understand institutions selling but not PIs. Unless they know something we don't?

Very significant dilution indeed. But that is solution from the highs, not these 5p prices.

They can issue an RNS any time of the day. Doesn't have to be at 7am.

To be expected. There is nothing to say that Cine won't file for chapter 11 in the US. Could happen today, tomorrow, next week. What we also do not know is the impact of that on the share price from its current levels.
All stories so far are doeculations, some more considered than the others.
My position on this is - if you bought in low and can afford to lose it all, heck, why not wait to see how this goes all the way to the end. Let point being - if you can afford to lose it all.
