My bad. The Tennyson now states 'assuming a £6m proposed raise at 1.75pps (post consolidation). So placing may be at 1.75 or at 1.2 or some other figure. Not much for us to do until then i guess.

Worst case scenario as i see it is that the paving is below the 1.75pps but this could easily bag or more after a week or two.

So the major investors will pay c1.75 per share post consolidation as per Tennyson note. If that does happen, i have no issues with any other PI or the directors taking up shares in retail offer at 1.2.

Not sure why the big fuss.

Am i right in understanding that some funds can only buy if the company is in FTSE250 or above? If so, does that mean they can start to buy again in another three months time?

Ignore Robbler - he's been saying the same thing for ages. There is no deal to fall apart. The agreement had been reached as per RNS. An indicative timeline was given at an investors presentation. AIM submission document is the first thing to have happened - end Jan - but we're still waiting.

Very frustrating that the bod do not communicate.

The admission document was supposed to have been released end of Jan. No word on that yet. Why not? We are now at the end of Feb - time for bod to come clean and explain what's going on.

The AIM admission document was supposed to be put by end Jan. No news on that yet. So assume everything gets pushed back by another couple of weeks.

May is the latest by when readmission has to occur. Last RNS suggested there would be cons by now but nothing yet...

Given the timing it does looks like a buy indeed. However, if it was a buy, the SP would not have drifted down as it did afterwards. I wonder if one can rely on the reported times of the trades.

Not trading in AIM does not mean connotations goes bust. Just guess into private hands. If you are looking for an investment, nothing wrong with that. If you are simply day trading, then yes, the days are numbered.
