There were two parties who had expressed an interest for £11m and £10m each but AMGO said these were expressions of interest and concrete offers had not materialised. The shortfall of £6m assumes that AMGO is able to wriggle out of setting aside £15m initial distribution to creditors.

Tomorrow is only guaranteed to bring ECOB into play. I've tried working out what the sp could but have given up now - divide by 13 then group by 659 then one preference share for each held....

There is nothing to suggest outcome of litigation is due any time soon. Just that the records of shareholders due a share of the pay out gets set as of today. Anybody holding today as of 6pm will get a share of the payout but that could be in 10 days or 10 weeks or 10 years.

But that's the point. Nobody knows of it will be 10 years or months or weeks. At this point ECOB is not going to generate significantly improved shareholder value compared to today.

That would be my take on the price today.

But that claim could take another 10 years to settle
