Would the suspension be lifted prior to transaction completing? Or only after?

Unless clearly told otherwise, I believe it was Strategic Equity Capital plc that made the bid.

Apologies if this has been discussed already.... The latest RNS states that there is doubt about the veracity of the offer because it is not a company Mr. Bollinger is associated with. I don't think the Offeree claimed to be associated with him.

There is an investment fund called Strategic Equity Capital that is traded and that invested in companies. Could this have been the Offeree?
