Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
Ruling Unity Party Chair Sen. H. Varney G. Sherman, Ernest C.B. Jones and Nigerian national Christopher Onanuga are jointly asking Criminal Court “C” at the Temple of Justice in Monrovia to dismiss prosecution’s indictment drawn against them over claims that it is belated. “... Since the Republic of Liberia (prosecution) did not obtain an indictment for them on or before September 16, 2015, the time limitation for the alleged crimes has passed. That is, all four (4) criminal charges (bribery, economic sabotage, criminal facilitation and criminal solicitation) are barred forever. And co-defendants/movants pray Your Honor to rule that the trial for the crimes are barred by the statute of limitations,” the indictees said. The Grand Cape Mount County Senator Cllr. Sherman, Mr. Jones and Mr. Onanuga are raising arguments that the maximum period prosecutors had to commence legal action against them for charges of bribery, criminal conspiracy, economic sabotage, criminal solicitation and criminal facilitation is five years, which they argued, required indictment on or before September 16, 2015. ALSO,before Bribery and Corruption Act came in in the UK. So, UK can not do anything too. This is starting to look good guys, as I always thought it would ;)
en route,got to be.
And that has been mine prediction all along. Back to 40-60 trading range when officially announced.
Buys starting to build up again, task force starting to scrape the barrel, getting close to a no evidence outcome, and the Zimbabwe Coal Deal equals boom time.
Ever heard of Dr. George Soros, the US global philanthropist who is worth $20 billion and who owns Global Witness? He is a big underwriter and crusader of democratic causes for the American Democratic Party and has contacts in both the US State Department and the White House.
Pleasure to do business. No excuse, I'll take it on the chin. Shame the allegations dropped during the betting period, might of been a better challenge. Expecting the said allegations to be dropped in near future, should be back to 40-60 trading range when that happens and that's without coal news. Still looking bright here. Unfortunately no one could predict the bag of horocks that dropped, but I can wait.
Yes! Can't wait! What was the bet? You have to buy me a good old English beer if I win?
they extend it (lack of evidence). The Task Force should employ someone like Averhorn, as he is good at talking She ite and trying to make people believe it :) (for their own agenda, that is).
almost 30 days now.
come to nothing, back to 40-60 trading range before coal news. Conclusion coming soon. IMO...No evidence, all quashed, now thats got to be worth a punt.
Course it is. Gonna a teach you a lesson,as a weak chicken is stronger than a sly fox.
Some coal news this week. The allegations are farcical, it will come to nothing. The conclusion will come quicker than we think. Remember the total assets outstrip the SP and the licences in Liberia are not held by SBLM. Sit back and relax. We have no debts and multi millions of assets, your money is safe either way, in fact, worth alot more than current SP.
Read it all. Fundemental errors, some could be factual, but mainly toilet paper.
Good read. Just backs up the farcical false claims. Get GW In the dock, which I'm sure will never happen!
should be around 14-16 July, but delayed. Probably to get their s88t in a sock?
Please see earlier post from yesterday...basically: AGM delayed, announcement soon. Allegations only speculation and seeking legal advice. Coal deal and MOU with CITIC in final stages and we will be updated soon...soon could mean next August? But thats all its says. Crazy also emailed them and said the AGM will be in September, whereas I got a delay?
Yeah got an email back yesterday. Took me many attempts but I got a response in the end. Avro bets still on, this where ypu think you are being clever, but one always has a card up ones sleeve.
Dunno what ypu mean? An assumption on final stages of coal dea? If so, based on my email feedback.
Zimbabwe coal deal in final stages. Nothing to do with GW allegations.
Buys going through, hopefully, start of the flurry of news to come.
