Liberian Law does dictate that if a crime is committed law enforcement have 5 years from the said crime to follow up and make a charge. In the said allegations that time has elapsed. Also, the UK can not enforce the Bribery Act 2010 which gained Royal Assent on 8th April 2010 on Sable as it came into force on 1st July 2011. IMO, and as publicised this is all going to fizzle out and upwards we go. Exciting times ahead over next few weeks.

To fair mate, you are not far off the mark. I've always maintained 3-5p on coal deal, but that was before the allegations came about. It's looking more and more likely these allegations will not go anywhere, so we should spike above 0.5p at least. If coal deal is announced soon after, and my guessing the sale of 80% stake in WAE, I can not see why 5p can not be achieved, however, a little way to go and worth a punt at current SP. With no debt and huge assets, your money is safe imo. Hopefully, should see some movement very soon.

Should not be too long now. It would be fab if the case was dropped (as it should be) this week then coal deal announced. Starting to look good here again.

Any half decent Lawyer would see holes in the allegations, hence the recent articles that there is lack of evidence and now the time bar.
