Received a couple of messages saying my sblm shares have been sold for 0.34p (my average) and bought same amount in chg for 0.00p...value shown on account is 0.00p against new shares. This was all done via electronic means and messages popped up as I logged in.

My new shares worth 0.00p are now showing in my account. Looks like the Maiden is Over and I've been bowled out...

My broker is in Denmark (Saxobank) and I live in Abu Dhabi, if I do get anything through, I would probably vote against. As pee'd off as I am, I have almost wrote my shares off. The BOD has duped us for too long. I really thought this may go places until GW allegations came to light and sometimes wished Id listened to Avorhorn. Out of our hands now. Just hope we get something back either way. I have a holding in CZA but will not be investing on AIM again. Gonna stick to FTSE stocks. Good luck.

You certainly shouldn't abuse and make allegations on individuals just because they have not been commenting lately. PS never shorted a share in my life and stand to lose a little chunk here. Some people make you laugh, or just want some limelight.

People appear out the wood work and start abusing and making false allegations. Get real people, it looks like we've all been taken to the cleaners. Crazy I am fine, a bit pee'd off but busy cobent rating on my business start up. The rest of you get a life!

Totally agree. I would not invest here under current circumstances if assets did not outstrip SP. Our curent cash flow should also be released soon. At a guess the current SP reflects cash in bank, but not asset value.

You are right if the Company being wound up has debt. SBLM has no debt, so any sale of assets should go to the shareholders.

Not a lot to say really guys. Need to get these allegations out of the way. It will be interesting what is said at the AGM. Watching closely. Coal deal will still happen imo. As pointed out these MOU take time. Magabe time may be up soon? Chinese will look for stability before committing. Cash in bank worries me slightly, I would not mind if our 80% in Iron assets were sold off to raise cash and concentrate on coal and other opportunities? It's like watching paint dry at the mo and the BOD silence does not help!

At least GLEN has seen some movement, and the AGM has been announced, slightly overdue, but earlier than September as stated in their email. All I can say is, we need to sit this one out and wait for positive news, court cased being dropped would give us a big boost, but not as much as CITIC deal. Hang in there folks, if no news before AGM, let's see what they have to say...anyone attending?
