Time will see you in a nut house buddy, get a life. Coal news soon, may even win our bet yet!
After my sixth atempt. ...AGM delayed, announcement soon. Allegations only speculation and seeking legal advice ( which we already know). Best bit, Coal Deal and MOU in final stages and further updates will be announced soon.
Apparent crime on a personal level. Not sure why, how, shareholders should be punished on actions of individuals...really still do believe we have done nothing wrong though. Luckily our licences are held by WAE :)
Nevermind Sherman was indicted for alleged acts of bribing Tayler and others, but since the Wologezi contract fell through, NO CRIME WAS COMMITTED. 2) Similar situattions of bribery and other criminal acts happened in the past. It was not a big deal then, why should it be now? Representative, Gabriel Nyenkan implied over the weekend at the Center for the Exchange of Intellectual Opinion. I wonder how did the "Center for Intellectual Exchange" swallow this uncritical crap talking by the law maker
Good find bud, in fact a very important read. The allegations ain't going anywhere we'll be back to mid 40s 50s soon, well that's if coal deal is not announced beforehand.
Get your cards GW.
The alleged incident happened before the act came into force, so Sable can not be perused by UK Government any way. Load of Cods Wallop, eh Av!
Agree..makes you think how they can sell that many, especially on SETS. Must have been a NT. We'll find out soon enough. Only 1 of the top 4 IIIs though. My guess JP Morgan, or we might be surprised and someone could have increased ( doubt it), but we'll find out soon enough.
Big chunk. Buy or sell its almost 5%, so should get a Holdings RNS soon.
RNS soon too. Shame it will be in Guernsey, a bet a few shareholders would love to ask a few questions.
At $1.20 per ton coming in, we can earn a bit of crust from that.
FYI emailed the company asking for coal deal time scales. Anyway, personally believe the allegations will come to nothing. Groves needs to get this right. Not only is the reputation of SBLM at stake ( not our ore consessions as WAE own them) but Groves personal wealth is. As a shareholder you have every right to sue him if anything came of this. As the company is registered in UK, you have every right to sue an individual if it is proved that the said person acted in a fraudulent way without the shareholder knowing. That's the Law boys and Gals and Groves knows this. Like I've always said this is a farce and technically we have nothing to lose. We may be banned from operating in said country, but we'll just sell our stake in WAE. I really believe it won't go that far, and let's hope the coal deal comes in, in the meantime. Getting boring now...need some excitement.
A 600Mw Power Station consumes at least 2.8m tons a year. I believe there may be scope to step to 2000Mw. Any way, at $50 per ton and a profit of $28 per ton ($32 costs), rough profit would be $78m per year. However, we would not stop there, I would expect surplus coal will be sold. As our potential JV would be a Chinese company, I can see surplus coal heading that way.
Which figures? From Lubu into Power Station?
A$1.20 per ton, paid on a quarterly basis
Soon. They just tied in a deal, as in Russian Company MOU. We don't start getting paid until production starts, buts it is inbound in the near future.
Don't thinks so. We sold our 63% stake in Delta to Anglo African, that's where our $18.6m in royalties will start coming in on a quarterly basis
RNS on AGM by now. Should be next week, giving us 1 months notice of AGM in July. Anyway, have a nice weekend everyone, including you Avro!
That's the IIs above 3%...there is s list longer than my arm under 3%. I've seen it on an excel spreadsheet link someone posted over 12 months ago. I've tried trawling for it but can not find it, if anyone can find it, appreciate it. The list is huge and all over 2% holdings
Yeah, it gives is a bit more control on individuals buying and selling targets. I find it easier to actually track buys and sells. Like one day last week all trades bar one were all buys, although alot were marked down as sells on LSE. All O trades between the bid and ask are always buys. The A Trades determine the SP on SETS, as I proved to our buddy Avro the other day. Patience is the game here, it's coming mate, whether it will be, good news on the pathetic GW allegations, coal news, JV or even sale of WAE stake, and we will be in for one hell of a ride :)
