One thing is for certain - with this out of the way - presumably we are now the masters of our own destiny - at least in terms of project commencement. With funding apparently a few weeks away we should start ordering items and start ground work asap. I think then possibly the market will take notice - but then again...maybe not

Quite a frank address from Gabaake Gabaake I thought and a few digs included. Paraphrasing: we are not successful yet - there's still a lot of work to do - but what we have achieved today is a huge step towards our success as a company. Also hopeful that finance sorted in the next couple of weeks - let's hope he's right.

'The Company has agreed terms with a potential financier for an initial USD$10m package to develop the Lesedi project. Legal agreements in relation to this proposal are being prepared. These agreements will need to be finalised and signed before the package becomes binding.'

Nonsense - inside information has to be material in nature; that is likely to have a significant impact on the SP if it were made public. The fact that our paperwork has been submitted and is in the hands the BG authorities waiting to be signed off is hardly material - a quick check of the SP will tell you that. You may argue that Thornback's post infers that it's just a formality now - every Tlou investor on the planet knows from previous experience that is simply not the case.

I suggested transfers a while back Thornback, but I really don't know. Always exact pairs down to the timestamp - just below mid. If they were normal sells, as you state, the large volume would have surely dragged the SP down. Odd to say the least

Maybe just reminding them we still exist?

This guy is very bullish for hydrogen but no from NG - it's a view but he maybe just talking his book.

This was anounced last summer - they even take ages to agree to accept a $250m loan.

Brad - TG was at Arrow with PH's Chairman Ron Prefontaine - maybe they exchange ideas down the pub?

Thornback - BotsGas, now Botala Energy, were handed control of the Serowe project by PH in exchange for shares in the new company. As far as can tell they appear to have almost the exact same strategy as us.

You are right of course Thornback - it is right decision. I will maintain however that the episode reflects poorly on the company and hat it was probably never the intention to commence the TL works until they had those pivotal agreements in place. What would I have done? I would have been honest in the first place. If everyone agrees here they always needed the 10MW PPA plus funding for work to commence - why did the company state differently? Are you saying they didn't foresee what a bunch of PIs did? And what does my integrity have to do with anything ? you're starting to sound like Moagi

What we have here is two MMs, each positioned at the extremes of a very broad spectrum of opinion, attempting to manipulate the readers of this bb. One sees no right and the other no wrong - neither stance is very useful to the genuine investor - whose valid opinions, comments and concerns are generally easy to spot and empathise with when posted on this forum.

There is genuinely huge potential here, if I did not believe that I would not be invested. However, behaviour from any BoD that I believe jeopardises an investment needs calling out - not ignored. Tbf there has been very little to criticise, despite what Moagi would have you believe, as most issues are beyond their control, but the issue I've raised is valid imo because it casts doubt on the integrity of the company - that can never be a good thing. As always it's up to every investor to dyor and sift through the BS - I don't think you'll get much help with that here though ATM.

DtE. Again I didn't really have a problem with the raise - just the premise under which it was raised now appears to be disingenuous. Opportunistic yes - I'm okay with that too - but the SP had risen because of the interim PPA announcement and the prospect that things would finally get moving - clearly that was not the case.

Yes Brad - GG's full reward was the other point I noted - if he was employed to lubricate the cogs of bureaucracy he appears to have lost his oil can.

As I've already stated MM & TB, the decision to wait for the 10MW PPA and full funding may well be the right one, but frankly it's irrelevant to my point. The fact is it does not explain TGs comments in the interview below about taking control of the timing of the construction. They were empty words justifying the raise - it really is not a good look. To even mention the 2MW award now in the finals is insensitive to say the least - it just highlights the nonsense.

That may be true Minnabo - but the company said they would start construction after securing the 2MW and raising funds. Is that good management too? Misrepresenting your intentions to shareholders?

Not sure what makes the signing of the 2MW PPA significant when you consider the second statement. It's only remaining significance appears to be the justification for raising funds so soon after the open offer. At least they haven't spent it all yet.
