That last was just musing, on the basis they'll still probably want to do something with 365, and it could be something to mutual advantage as Castleton would benefit from a security offering to housing associations, bearing in mind the existing remaining connection through the mobile licensing agreement. But I'm probably ahead of myself.

Looks like it. I had thought they might make shares available and build a platform but not the case. Other thing, very much in back of mind, is Mxc raised more cash yesterday and I wonder where that might be going, perhaps into cyber security, which is on most companies' agendas. ( Tony blog )

The sort of contract not RNS'd by the company but now adding to repeat revenue.

Dean Dickinson option award was RNS'd on 16th. Nov. 2016 after he took over as CEO. Don't know the terms of it but the price was then 65.50, and they must have given him something in advance of that to aim for.

I should say so! Rock bottom - and what other positive indicators can an ordinary investor look for - all factual and subject of RNS. Plus Mrs.MacMillan - no doubt they're factual too!

Yes. Having spent so long here with fundamentals seemingly improving and share price going the other way for reasons unconnected with company performance, it follows if we are correct it has to turn for the better sometime. And I'd we're right there's a lot of ground to make up when confidence returns after that selling. See how we go, but a pleasant change.

Booked a small profit for the first time at half year, since when they've RNSd the Wentwoth, Cluid and Arcon contracts, significant in relation to their take up of full or almost suite of products, including Kypera, and of course Australia. We know they don't RNS the cross selling successes of additional products sold into existing customers, which they said after conclusion of company integration (and costs )they could now concentrate upon, and which we know they have been doing. It's been all good news from the company. With repeat revenue model there's reason on what we know to be reasonably confident.

It was a single trade at 57.02. Not showing up anywhere yet. Like their previous buy that never showed either.

It is. With Kestrel's buying and whoever's picking up loose shares now I think they're reinforcing that this is the bottom, on top of last buy and that of CEO. And with year end in in a few weeks they will know results already near enough. They may be intending an update - but in any event the results are pretty much locked in now.

Not at all. RCN a good deal for Mxcp and will form part of any update.

IT just squeezed a little more from RCN in in time. Don't know what else there may be other than RCN dealings in the 6 months.

I just read this again. Why are we talking of RCN. RCN nothing to do with Castleton - can perhaps be taken as far as Mxcp, but that's it.

Well, I've never felt able to subscribe anyway to a manner of accounting solely attributed by another with his own agenda to other companies arising from the Tony Weaver/Redcentric ' thing.' Seems ridiculous under all the circumstances. So far as here is concerned, with CEO now having bought following Kestrel buying all the way down, and loose shares still being picked up, and nothing but positive reports, worse I think can happen is a platform built at this price til we move back up.

Sp low after our seller, but if they've finished as appears may be the case, something will happen to start us on the move up again.

And Castleton now retweeting her. Reading one or two disasters/crises/surprises on other bbs we and this company quite well positioned, built on acquiring already successful companies with popular proven products, and now putting them together and updating. And giving Kypera the power of branding and investment. Should be no surprises here, as they quietly build on existing repeat revenue through cross selling and add a few new customers.

I suspect this is just one of many such contracts and solutions sold into existing customers adding Castleton products, or starting off with one, not deemed worthy of RNS. Documotive EDRM ( and agile mobile ) from that early acquisition proved very popular, with Tony Smith recommending EDRM in his blogs.
