They're open for trade across the board, as their website indicates. We know when they started this off, they said they intended to create a scaleable public sector business, and housing was their initial focus because it was relatively easily addressed. In conversation they won't be drawn, focus wise, beyond that. Housing is their specific priority. It will unfold over time.

I think the issue with Kypera is it had 2 solutions, one for housing and one for Finance, having developed financials first. It was underfunded, and with no real profile and little back up picked up just smaller contracts in the main. Castleton is now a recognised brand through housing. They described the acquisition as critical. I think Castleton will use Kypera Financials as a base to build on in other sectors - with their other solutions as they say capable of working across the sectors. They now have their own development team, to 'tailor' their solutions as required.

Don't think necessarily ahead, looking at Kypera financial customers who are wide ranging, accountancy and other firms ( including Australia weather forecasters! )

Not entirely unexpected, Slater having sold a few a while back. Expect them to sell the remainder now. But they're being bought currently, as we saw on and up to 7th. when they passed through the 3% threshold. May rattle one or two pi's perhaps, but that's about all I should think. Business as usual for Castleton Tech.

Seems to be the case with sells being bought to start again from this price.

In case it was missed here, Mxcp raised a little cash today by selling some RCN shares. Maybe connected, or maybe not.

And Herefordshire Housing. Not heard of them on here before either, but there will be many I guess that Mrs. McMillans colleagues will have in hand. Anyway, it's all going to add to the building recurring revenue over time.
