"Contracts are the second and third Housing Management system wins since the Company's acquisition of Kypera Holdings Limited in January 2016 and are testament to the Company's strategy of providing a leading range of software solutions to the social housing sector, which is expected to grow significantly over the coming years to meet ever increasing housing demands.
The Contracts also include other products from Castleton's range of software products, with Clúid being the first customer to take the complete suite of software products, demonstrating the success of the Group's cross-selling strategy and proposition of being a "one stop shop" serving the social housing sector."
Castleton is now well positioned, with Kypera, the fully integrated HMS and ERP system, and it's further integrated solutions to provide a complete service to associations in one deal, or to add to the existing Castleton solutions in the 600 plus strong customer base, at greater profitability. It will also be able to build on the customers in the wider public and private sector currently taking Kypera Financials.
We're about a year behind because of challenges with integration, but that and the expense involved is now behind us, with the company now able to focus on the business of selling its comparatively recently integrated solutions within an expanding market place. Business will be contracted, and hence provide repeated annual income, and spread over the full customer base, as they come back for more Castleton products as is said to be happening. A steadily building process.
