South Yorks is a contract we became aware of months ago. So interesting as it goes to what I believe to be the case, of old contracts having started to get up and running.

Good morning. We may well hear of new larger contracts of the sort they RNS in due course. Regardless of that and for this half year, with integration done and capital costs behind us, it is likely that with the time involved contracts previously awarded during earlier periods will now be coming on line, and feeding into repeat revenue, and at relatively minimal cost. That's why I am at least very optimistic about the ability for Mxcp and so on to have a degree of earlier foresight, as well as the obvious inside knowledge of the state of play at this stage in the financial year.

And at half year the company said:- '.........The Group generated an adjusted EBITDA* of £2.0 million in the period (H1 2015: £1.7 million). Cash flow from operations was £1.8 million (H1 2015: £0.8 million) giving cash conversion of EBITDA of 86% (H1 2015: 48%).....'

If Castleton, as mentioned in the Mxcp RNS actually does achieve a 22% rise in EBITDA, to £4.392m.,and nothing unforeseen has occurred, then on Castletons model that should equate to a profit before tax of around £3.6m.

Tom Winnifrith mentioning the RCN ' fraud ' alongside results is unlikely to be helpful either.

I see now. Taken down and bid moved up. Wait and see.

I thought I noticed an improvement too. Perhaps we'll find out soon. I agree, forgetting the sp movements intuitively on what we know about the larger trades there's something coming along.

It's good its a joint presentation - one of their own and the biggest across Ireland. Interesting to see who takes the Castleton lead. We'll get feed back.

I am very surprised also. But in any event, we know if retail don't want them, somebody bigger sees benefit picking up the shares and will continue to do so.

In short, I think it would be good to get more stability into the sp if they got on now and did a meaningful deal - no doubt they will.

I agree completely, and hopefully things will look up all around with their investments - you know I believe that with Ctp as one of them. Theyre best at M and A is my view - and perhaps now we'll see some activity.

I think NAV is great, but it's a bit like cars on a dealers forecourt, particularly if some are not performing. Indications are they are placed to take more positive steps.

Can't see anybody taking on all the shares they have done so close to year end unless they had done a bit of research - would defy business sense. The parties involved been doing deals.

From today's trading update RNS for Mxcp :- " Castleton Technology plc - market expectation of 22% EBITDA growth in the year to 31 March 2017"

We know MXCP bought one lot, but looking at the day and the late ones if I have it right there's at least one trade unaccounted for.

Didn't hold us back yesterday as I recall, so somebody with big pockets sloshed the dosh.
