RE: Trades1 Dec 2017 14:28
First of all I am invested in the company, like MXCP, Kestrel, Wray and the others and the 25% or so pi's, of which I am just one. What others do with their shares is of interest, and I am curiouser and curiouser. But as long as the company is progressing, increasing revenue, paying down debt and so on, with 700 customers reliant on their products, this is secondary to me.
Secondly, I have made the I think not unreasonable presumption that the transactions at 61p are all sells - they might not be. And we know that some transactions occur at prices not available to pi's. Mr. Dickinson's and MXCPs last buys here as an example took place at I think 53p - a price never shown.
So it's not inexplicable, and they should, in my view, be showing both sides of the transaction on the same exchange.
Whatever sells have been made must have been offset by buys, or with no subsequent drop in price they would have to be carried by mm's, which having regard to the many months this has been going on is a complete non starter.
I am, in view of the lack of holdings RNSs, more interested in who is buying. The seller(s) may be unregistered holders under 3%, and similarly the buyers. I would be very surprised should any of our known holders fail to comply, as they have always done so, and which they should have done by now.
Why sell - because for whatever reason you want the cash. Why buy - because you believe it's cash well spent.
