A sale of the company is what I have as a suitable exit for all. And Mxc profess to groom in that way with sale in mind. I think adding value just now, though the number of customers is more than I believe any other has in UK housing, and that is a big draw. See you've got almost 3% of Distilled now. Headwaters will be the focal point. It may be complex with multi party involvement, but in the absence of actually knowing how far they've got about what, time scale seems pure guesswork.

Mmx have said they are looking at being part of a consolidation. They have said it may or may not result in a sale. Effectively they have ruled nothing in or out. It appears several companies are talking to MMX, and possibly with each other. Each will have options, vis a vis Mmx and maybe each other. Just have to let it play through

The board knows where it would like to go, as it said in April "It is also evident that there are increasing opportunities for consolidation in the industry and maintaining a strong balance sheet is beneficial in this regard. Indeed, it is the Board's belief that the ultimate winners in the currently fragmented new gTLD arena will be those that can achieve significant scale both in terms of top-line billings and renewal growth" They subsequently reported the multi-party interest in a broad industry consolidation and the review. Hopefully the parties can agree to something mutually beneficial.
