Well, I've always taken the view that the buying and selling is by agreement, or else it couldn't happen in the way it is, and whatever the seller(s) reasons for sale there's no need for professional investor(s) to pay more than they're comfortable with. So I do anticipate good from it, as the buyer surely must.

And a load of other delayeds at 71p., not quite adding to the big one. Ah well...........

That's for Castleton Software solutions, so not the seniority in the organisation occupied by Sanghera. A new role it seems, with quite a grand title.

Good morning. Yes. Getting to that time of year again. I think that's a simple measured and fair assessment of whereabouts we're likely to be, based on what they've been saying. The published forecasts, are, as usual, probably a bit ahead of themselves. Strong cash generation infers increasing profitably in that normal business costs continue to be well covered, and that inference is reinforced by the decision to pay money on acquisition for Kinetic from the Barclays facility and paying cash from 'existing resources' to get shot of the effect of MXCP options - certainly the picture is of the ability to service growth-enhancing debt and a further sufficiency of cash. Thus operational performance should be fine and on a par with the half year. The bottom line will be dependent on those mysteries dealt with by the CFO, so that's me done on any guess the results lark. No reason I know of not to anticipate new and ongoing contracts and cumulative revenue/profit moving into next year.

Anyway, MXCP take the cash and get to keep their holding under 30%, whilst shareholders here avoid getting 5% of the share capital dripped onto the market. That's OK.

And a tick up for now as a result. May also indicate a firm intention by Mxc to retain their Ctp holding, whilst seeking to get new opportunities off the ground.

Tidies things up, with one of the criticisms often made of MXCP re. ongoing options being dealt with here to shareholders benefit. Positive also to see they've cash in hand following the Kinetic acquisition - " The Company continues to trade well and in line with market expectations with strong cash generation; as a result we have elected to pay cash from the Company's existing resources. "

Those last delayed trades add up to �871k worth for Friday. All gone somewhere and helping consolidation at this price. Don't know why sold, but no doubt buyer(s) see benefit.

I'm one that saw this price going the other way autumn 2016, for no evident operational reason - just sold down. But we've been back just above since and the trend is upward, though slow. As we head towards end of year FinCap raised revenue forecast to �23.1m, to take account of what Kinetic brings with it. I anticipate it will be at least ' in line with ' that, to use the jargon. Seems there is a little renewed pi interest of late - very little to none for some time.

And I will say I'd like to move on a bit now. Could do with some news - of the right kind, of course.

There's also a quandary about where they're coming from, but that been done ad infinitum., and our major holders have always complied, as far as I can know. As long as they're being picked up at the price, the whys and wherefores don't really matter.
