Castleton: one-stop shop success
Castleton Technology logoEvidence that Castleton Technology, provider of software and managed services to the public and not-for-profit sectors, could win more customers for its integrated social housing solution is exactly what wed been looking for see Castleton Technology: The post-integration journey.
Today it has announced a ten-year contract with Circle VHA, Ireland, a provider of social housing, on a hosted basis, for its integrated product suite. Having spent the 12 months through to September 2017 integrating its products, after a series of acquisitions, it had already made two sales of its integrated solution in Ireland. This is the third, and provides further comfort that the investment, intended to support the cross-sell and up-sell of the product suite, is bearing fruit. The suite covers a range of functions (CRM, EDRM, financials, housing, strategic modelling, Purchase to Pay, repairs, service charges and mobilisation) all encompassed with a data warehouse and business intelligence platform supplied by Glantus a newly formed strategic partnership with Castleton. Having made waves in the Irish market, we now look for this success will translate into wins in the U.K.
The win with Circle is one of two announced today, with a total combined contract value of 1.2m. The other is a renewal for Places for People, the UK property and leisure management, development and regeneration company. Castletons contract has been extended by 2.5 years with an option to extend by a further year. The scope involves repairs management software, technical services, cloud services and integration middleware, allowing the processing of orders for work directly from third-party property management solutions. Castleton states it has evovled its solution in line with the client's needs.
