Castleton Technology is holding its 3rd Breakfast Briefing in Dublin on the 30th April 2018 and we would be delighted if you could attend. The briefing is aimed at current and prospective customers and will consist of a number of demonstrations & round table discussions on our new developments like Castleton.Digital and AI and we will also be launching our new Castleton Housing and CEDRM solutions. We will also be holding a HousingBrixx User group for all customers using the financial modelling tool in Ireland (or in the UK!). Capita re-appointed by the BBC Marc Hardwick, 08:34, 19 April 2018 CapitaIn advance of next week�s announcement of its delayed full-year results, Capita revealed that it had been re-appointed by the BBC to run its Audience Services contract. BBCCapita has been running Audience Services since 1999 and the contract is central to the corporation's relationship with Licence Fee payers in handling all complaints, comments and enquiries that the BBC receives across all the usual communication channels. It�s a complicated contract as predicating volumes of correspondence is difficult given spikes can be created by a controversial comment by a presenter or a broadcasting error. Capita employs around 100 people on Audience Services based out of Belfast and provides a diverse range of services including answering enquiries from the public on its programmes and services, capturing audience feedback to inform services, taking donations on behalf of Radio 4 and Lifelines Appeals and managing the initial stage of the corporation�s complaints process, whilst also attracting audiences to Studio recordings. The BBC is one of Capita�s most important clients where it also collects the TV License on behalf of the corporation on a contract running to 2022. As part of the new five-year contract Capita is offering a technology refresh from both its own and third-party offerings.

Far more communication in future with customer base, showcasing products and developments. Collaborative/team building. All that stuff. Software & Managed Services Sales Teams working together on how to improve joint customer comms, relationships and service. Sharing ideas, identifying how they can support each other & reinforce the ' OneCastleton' ethos.

And maybe a bit of press after that - which I was anticipating but never arrived. Though we're not suffering from any lack of interest now. Bit more insight tomorrow. I should say in other comment it's plain customer service and company reputation is high on Mr. Dickinson's agenda to go alongside the successful products.

RECORD SALES been achieved for both software and managed services. New staff at both. Integrated solution being implemented at multiple customer sites. CFO. Financial review. Great results for last financial year. COO. Future plans for support, implementation, and customer experience. Software Sales and Marketing Director. Sales updates, team enhancements, and goals. MD + Head of Sales and Marketing. Fantastic results and positive outlook for year ahead. HR Manager. Internal structure and staff development plans.. CTO. Product updates and strategy. SaaS, automation, more Alexa integration, integrating Castleton Maintain with AI. Fit for the future. Exciting times ahead. Development at Castleton leading the way in the sector. All sounds very positive.

Mobile is not the only Castleton product expected to do well in Australia - there's the whole suite and 3 in particular as Castleton said and reported by Megabuyte - and that's ignoring Kinetic's ongoing successful offering. "Castleton had already indicated that it saw the Australian market as a potential growth opportunity, driven by a shift from public to private sector social housing provision, similar to what we have seen in the UK. Castleton believes that this market is currently underserved due to other vendors� focus on tier-1 state sized contracts and a lack of a full suite of solutions to meet the needs of social housing organisations. The latter is expected to drive cross sell opportunities for Castleton�s existing CRM, document management and mobile products in the Australian market."

I have a feeling we may find ourselves consolidating around here, before we move on, in the absence of anything coming out of the company.

In fact, �1m of the loan notes has already been repaid, �0.5m during last financial year to be reported upon, presumably by consent, so interest wise we're not paying quite as much. But the point remains, with Castleton paying off what they can when they can for the notes, and getting rid of the �600k per year this year to start clean next financial year. We'll see what they have to say about things in June.

I see no rush for either to convert, though the board may consider redeeming the notes if the cash is available come January next when Castleton has the option.No doubt suitable accommodation will be reached. But I take the obvious point on that and the Castleton mobile licence agreement. The competition in the sector is well-known and well-established, with no new entrants likely. Castleton has been competing satisfactorily, as a relatively new provider to the sector. In fact, it has gone from nothing to being a major player, an endorsement of the popularity of their products.

I think 70-75 2 years ago is the level we're coming off this time around, before the long sell down by person or persons unknown - and ignoring the 90p. intraday on takeover rumour. It had to grow back and doing OK again.

In other words, the first tranches are covered by MXCP and WRAY, but not the later ones. Have to wait on anything else holding wise.

That should have said about half of yesterday's trades, not MXCP sale.

Yes. It seems to cement a bottom price - and looking into it further it appears WRAY added 610,000 shares since last notification - about half of the MXCP sale. So on the face of it somebody else picked up the rest.

Nigel WRAY bought them. Good for MXCP and Castleton.

Best place for them to go for cash taking all into account, and good for Mxc holders also with a few moves ahead. May take more yet. Still advisors etc to Castleton should there be another acquisition with fees attached. And of course, a substantial investor - but left now in hands of current board with Gibson looking after their interests. All to the good with their shares being apparently easily taken up.
