PZC have posted some nice updates explaining their business and strategy on their IR site. Mgt are focused and delivering. Decent team in my opinion.

10mil Profit on 100 mil sales is the medium term target. I am confident the leadership team will achieve that and turn this into a £150m mkt cap company in 3-4yrs.

The offer price has to be not lower than any price paid by the bidder in the last 12 months. So, if they started to accumulate around £4 it doesn’t matter that it traded much higher before.

Their research dept will be wrapped in many layers of compliance to justify any price target. There is absolutely no effing way the research team are acting on behalf of any internal long.
