Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
Hi Troajan, thanks for sharing, one has to ask can we trust this RNS and AP?
Market will believe when they actually issue RNS with BP production & revenue figures to show indeed BP is profitable..... Institutional investors will line up I am sure if that happens....
One positive thing they have committed to in the RNS is "The Company will now provide quarterly production and sales volume reports and the next production and sales report will be published by 31 January 2022 in respect of the quarter ended 31 December 2021."
This was a no brainer to do..... providing quarterly updates.... by doing so they maintain focus and pressure to deliver....
Hi Sandy, Totally agree with you.
I wonder why Manaila in the mix now with refinance, possibly it will be more favorable if they secure financing for both the assets, fair enough in my view.
Where are the funds to buy Ghaghoo coming from?
Hi Stew, there will be another placing in the next few weeks, I have no doubt. For those who have studied AP will agree. AP likes to keep at least a million in the bank and goes for placing - just listen to his own recent interview from August 2021 with proactive investors.
Hi @CaneToad and others, any year end predictions on how high or low the SP could be?
he Manaila and Ghaghoo RNSs were to boost the SP but had zero effect at all. I totally agree with you in that with Vast it is back to same old question, where is the money coming from?
I bought Vast last year after researching for days and watching all of AP's interviews and in particular this one with Crux Investor (which is a proper interview) https://twitter.com/vast_resources/status/1326527184819933186 and in the video from 4:00 mins until 8:30 mins, we can hear AP talk about Business Plan and Strategy which is to focus on one asset at a time and they decided to focus on BP, fair enough and reasonable decision.
So why now release RNSs related to Manaila and Ghaghoo where you have not released any positive RNS related to BP? AP, does this mean BP is doing very well and profitable? If so, then next week's RNS will say so, right?
If not, and with the rotation of some of your important staff at BP (if you can't manage and hold onto your most important asset which is people then it doesn't matter how good a mine you have) how is the market supposed to value Vast other than trading Vast as a gamble?
Hence why the continuous drop in SP.
My suggestion for Vast is to drop everything else and focus every second on making BP a super efficient operations and start generating revenue and profits capitalising on the copper prices and release RNSs every quarter to build up the SP.
AP and Vast, can you act on the above simple suggestion?

I follow Portfolio matters, they haven't done one on copl. You can put a comment in one of their latest weekly videos and either Richard or Keith will respond to you.
Today's buy so far are around £115k and sells are even higher. Sure, last couple of days buys have increased compared to the past where they was very little buying and mainly selling.
If this was crazy cheap why haven't the market bought lets say £500k?
Is the market worried about somethings with Vast or have the market got it wrong and missing a great buy opportunity?

This text is from the above website "Vast Resources... The Real Story coming soon.... We are about to reveal all in regard to what the Board of Directors have really been up to over the past 24 months !!! - The information will be damning, but not a shock to many
The lies, the manipulation, the stories, and ultimately what Prelea, Tucker & Moritz have been doing with Investors money......
and the NOMAD just looks on"
May be that is why the recent RNS on Manailla and Ghaghoo as BP is a dead duck. There must be something seriously wrong with BP: safety or no resource or something doesn't sound right
Without BP, Vast have no producing assets.
@FTSE, you hold 315,000 * 26p = £81,900. The SP need to reach £3.17 per share to make you a millionaire so approx 12 times from your average of 26p. Can this happen? I think it is possible but few things below at a high level (without going into all the financial calculations) need to go our/RMM way
1. 1st scenario: is where copper price stays at the current levels or climbs even higher in the next few years and RMM turns around Ming mine and starts to make handsome profits and brings online at least one of their existing mine they own.
2. 2nd scenario: is where copper price price stays at the current levels or climbs even higher in the next few years and RMM turns around Ming mine and and starts to make handsome profits and brings online both their mines they own.
3. 3rd scenario: building on the 2nd scenario, RMM gets a takeover offer.
Dr. Bradbury was appointed CEO on 1st June 2020. Let's assume his tenure will be for another 4 years. Under his tenure, let's assume he can bring to life 2nd scenario above.
I would say if you don't need to use your invested funds in RMM in the next 5 years then that gives you the best chance of having a million in your bank :)
Hi @barry, I agree with you that balls of steel are required at time to take risks and as you say to profited from VAST before but that is not a guarantee the same will happen this time as you know very well yourself. I admire you're buying VAST and I truly hope you benefit again. I bought a year ago thinking the company was turning around with BP production started and I am down a lot and I don't trust AP & this BOD at all.
As per the RNS on Tue, 28th Sep 2021 07:00, "the Company will publish its 2021 interim accounts by 31 October 2021." so we have 5 to 6 days of trading left.
What are expecting with the interim results that we don't know already? Are we expecting positive or negative interim results? As this could also be a trigger of further buying or selling.
