The latest Investing Matters Podcast with Jean Roche, Co-Manager of Schroder UK Mid Cap Investment Trust has just been released. Listen here.
Is anyone else finding this strange that Wildcat is looking to invest in upstream oil asset(s) when the world is structurally moving towards green energy?
I hope a lot of the late investors don't lose their hard earned wealth.
I can explain you @nowie.
Answer the below points and you will see the problem.
How much does this company have?
How much does oil assets costs (exploration and exploitation)?
Take your profits as you go long.
@nowie and others who are bullish on this, please do take your profits as you go along. Instead of a huge rise in SP, I hope we all don't get a huge placing.
@Phoebus is absolutely right, don't anyone look at fundamentals of the company these days. £96million market cap with peanuts on the balance sheet.
Be very careful, as this could be a market manipulation tactic with so many shares outstanding (after the ones owned by the charirman) and with so little volume, how does the SP rocket like this?
Anyways, profits are profits, most don't care how and where they come from.............
Can someone tell AP and the BOD that why don't they live stream what they are doing at BP mine in Romania? Of course, they can keep the financial/commercial discussion to themselves.
Another suggestion, leave a permanent live stream so we can all see what is going on there at BP? If we are doing great then what is there to hide.
are you sure @riskisprofit, this is not going to 0.08 or even lower?
Just look at the SP for the last 4 years. No one thought in Nov 2020 when the SP had good support around 0.16 to 0.17 and then placing and then no bank deal lead to a lower SP.
1. What if there is not that much copper in BP?
2. What if Vast need another £20 million investment to get all the copper out?
3. How do retail investors value Vast when all their RNSs are vague at best and I am not exaggerating. Just read their RNSs.
Don't Vast have a communications manager? They really need one. Andrew can give up £50k from him his undeserved yearly salary and hire one.
i can see what you are saying @starvest, this RNS might be used in the future (around end of March) to say we only got together on the 17th March 2021 at the BP mine as we are useless and can't use remote working software like Zoom or Microsoft Teams or any other software and we don't know how to use tele conferencing. Sorry, enough of my pointless rant.
On the plus side @Starvest, the BOD knows it is do or die now (with Atlas ready to convert further or even worse and the £4.85 million from the last raise running out) and will get us a decent RNS about production estimates by the end of March 2021.
Lets see................
look through Vast's twitter last year, there are loads of pics, videos and referenced articles on cooper bull run. What did any of that contribute to push up the SP? NIL.
Vast need to "level up with its retail shareholders" and tell us exactly how it is.
1. Are there expecting more placings for Atlas?
2. Present a realistic production plan for BP by the end of March 2021.
3. Tell us what happened with the diamonds deal, has it failed? Is it going to happen?
Shareholders can then decide for themselves to buy, buy more existing shareholders (like me), hold or sell.
I like your view @Tedrick about investing in AIM penny stocks in particular. Of course we know, there are some well established companies on AIM who move up or down on performance rather than speculation.
Indeed max - this is great news, in Feb there was a new offering too.
I am just wondering when is the next trading update or results will be announced or RNS in regards to dividends or not, does anyone know this please?
Out of the 42 trades today, 41 are showing as Sell and 1 buy.
I guess sellers are taking profits. The highest profit will be 300% for those who got in around 20p.
But why sell now as there is still plenty of upside. Or is it the case the sellers know something that I don't and the SP is permanently heading down and hence their sells?????
I am still going long until we see the next set of results or trading update.
@TBTT, what was the point of your comment to @SandyShore? I am wondering, still wondering......
Why didn't you genuinely took the time to share in your view how mining works and how you would value Vast please? If you have nothing productive to share please don't.
Last 5 days, SP rose by nearly 20%. Amazing. Do we think a pull back of 10 to 15% is imminent in the coming weeks or we are expecting an upward or sideways movement only?
Hi Bob, it will cross 104p this year for sure in my view so your triple bag 300% is imminent. Well invested Bob. I am assuming that revenue and profit will be at least in line with the previous six months numbers. Also, CEO is keen on reducing office space as almost all the Ince employees are working remotely and this will reduce the costs which will also boost the profit.
Hi Bob, Simply Wall St has worked out a fair value of £16.24 based on its algorithms which is based on future cash flows Ince may generate.
On 1st Dec 2020 when the interim results were announced, during the Q&A the CEO expressed that Ince was at least 2 to 3 time undervalued. You can look up the SP around 1st Dec.
If you haven't bought this share, in my view, Ince is a long term buy even at the current SP as it may provide a 200% return over the next 12 to 24 months. Please be patient as this share even though listed on AIM doesn't move up rapidly on speculation like many other AIM shares do which is a good thing. Ince is a strong performing company.
Check out a couple of Ince's competitors and their SP in Simply Wall St.
1. Knights Group Holdings (KGH)
2. Keystone Law Group (KEYS)
Hope this helps.
Guys, please leave Mark alone, I learned a few months ago that he is a retired senior citizen & have massive amounts invested here, since then I stopped having a go at him for his bullish posts on Vast. Respect everyone.
