evileye it looks like Avo have put out news leading up to the presentations, we may even get an update with a Monday Rns regarding testing etc. As always on Aim, Not holding breath though.

Kenj wants to be very careful with his accusations. The Dr Plowman holding is obviously pre consolidation and looks like he dropped below 3% as more shares were issued for fundraising at later dates. It certainly looks like the people in the know are taking advantage of tw giving Avo a kicking, I'm sure they are over the moon picking up shares at these prices.

The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all aspects with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company. On admission, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue will be 588,816,502. In addition, the Company has agreed to issue 3,333,333 warrants to Dr Plowman to subscribe for new Ordinary Shares at 5p per share. The Company has also agreed to issue 5,000,000 warrants on the same terms to Dr Vanni, whose appointment to the Board was announced on 1 October 2013. A quick check on the Avo website seems to clear this up, unless the information is wrong. Major investors list updated 30th Dec Dr Nick Plowman holds 1.6m shares since then he has increased his holdings to the present level being over 3% which I assume was quite recently and the company was notified. So he has gone from 2.2% to over 3%. Is this correct or am I missing something?

Well that's all tidied up, we have probably one of the leading cancer specialist in the country if not the world in his field as a ned and major share holder, he may be down on his investment, aren't we all sometimes but then again we don't know what price he has paid. I beg to differ, we were only mentioned on Emerdale which is the reason for this latest sp rise, when I say we it was proton therapy that was discussed which kind of makes the presentation a waste of time :) Road map within the next couple of months and more than likely news on progress at Harley st. Bunker being constructed at Thales factory. Beaufort see Thales as the possible partner for the finance. GL
