It could bring new investors on board, but will they stay once they have their hands on the Atome share, that is the danger to the ppc sp collapsing if it has recovered, due to those investors and disgruntled shareholders departing. Interesting times ahead.

NorthernMagic basically your going to be asked to stump up your cash in a new venture where I doubt you will get any special privileges other than first dibs on the shares at a percentage/ratio of your president holding.
15% of those share have already gone and if president retain a substantial holding plus traffigura etc etc, a lot is unknown as to valuation and amount of shares to be issued, early days.

PPC need to retain a good percentage of Atome to support the sp after the float and to limit the flood out as would be expected

I would wait to see what the offer is before calling it huge, also how much levine and Co grab 15% has already gone.

Thought we had something special in 2014 and then the twitchy ma thingy came off hit the donglehook old mother Hubbard bit the dust and the rest is history. We can laugh at our own mistakes but not someone else's, where I live we had a clown who worked at the bottom of a big tower, I used to laugh at him. The great CC.

I tried to dig some positives out of todays rns, the last rns I struggled as we had ditched roughly $75m and if we don't get success with the drill bit it's back to $150m +. At least it's another shot for very little cost at present and if it is a success we recoup.

We already have a reflection on last year's figures so no problem with delay unless what was released doesn't match up with auditors figures. What the delay does is give a couple more months of present production which could be highlighted with the results when announced putting a positive spin on things.

Let's look at this farm out news as positive news, if we strike it lucky with the drill bit next year it will only take us twice as long to recoup our $150m once the money starts rolling in rather than going it alone and reaping the full rewards ???. :) Still we could have just walked away from Paraguay writing the whole lot off , at least we are having another go at very little cost to us to recoup our investment.

This deal should keep us all dangling well into 2022 I've no doubt.

Max19 just to clarify it's a three room treatment facility which only uses one machine, the way I have read it in the past.
