That theory would work if the cruise ships weren't allowing passengers off, but more of the cruise lines are now starting to let passengers venture ashore unattended and when it's onto foreign shores you have to have a lat flo before disembarking and then a pcr 2 days later, just like flying.

Totally agree Kenswayken, I think there was one cruise line offering a trip to Cheshire oaks where you then walk round with all the other shoppers, back on the coach and back to the ship. Some kind of bubble that is and all for the some of £100 pp lol. But you can only book there trips ?

Yes they seem to be clinging on to the organised tour set up,but when its explained it does make sense.
Having said that we are on the Anthem (booooooo) in October stopping at Liverpool and Belfast and we can get off so different rules for different companies.
Sp should recover over the coming years, maybe not back to where it once was but that's not really an issue as I've traded it over the volatile period to claim a free ride and some.

We disembarked Britannia last week, lots of happy first timers onboard including our daughter (we are seasoned), they've been bitten by the bug. Everything was well organised the onboard app worked well and testing and checking in was a breeze, was much better than we expected given the present circumstances regarding travel restrictions. The bars and cafes seemed busy with people spending, good to see. We are now looking forward to the Iona in a couple of weeks , screen shot sent off to claim some more credits, happy days. Much easier than all that testing testing and more testing when you fly to another country, we looked at it as an all inclusive hotel with entertainment.

The good thing though is sainsburys jam has all the information on the jar.

It's probably all our negative thoughts that drove the sp down, but it's hard to be positive when the meaningful facts are being held back, suspicion is bound to takeover, we have been proved right in the past.

There seems to be a determined effort by someone to keep the sp subdued for whatever reason? Just another conspiracy theory:)

Hell they can call that a news update apart from the processing plant being completed. Jam tomorrow update more like it with no production figures which now are starting to look more iffy the longer it takes to release them. Results delayed but surely not production figures, come on for ##@## sake.
