In my view TD showed weakness in giving Arcm an incentive to end court case which may well haunt us In the upcoming refinancing. They will insist on a pound of flesh. IMHO

This share has been here many times, Don’t be fooled into selling.
Pmo is a complicated beast and understanding who is controlling and why is key.
They will let it go when they have achieved their goal. Good money can be achieved but it’s not for the faint of heart.

Yet again we see a disconnect between oil and share price.

Must admit I don’t know much about the detail of Rre but do question the main mans motives having read their chat board.
However it does give me cause for concern as what may be offered for Pmo at current share price and debt. Can’t see it being much more than where we’re at now regardless of our assets. We need Zama news desperately to help get us a fair price. Hopefully TD won’t roll over quite so easily. (Assuming rumours are true)

How can the offer price be the same as cash in the bank? It’s almost as if they are dissolving the company and the buyers are getting the assets for free. My view is the shareholders are being royally screwed over.

According to what Chat board Members say they had more or less the offer price in cash in the bank, meaning assets are valued at next to nothing. Something smells there me thinks..

Whichever way all this goes, one thing is clear in my mind. It’s time Pmo put shareholders first for a change. Debt holders seem to be taken care of and not the shareholders.

Surely though every man and his dog would be buying shares if relevant info were known resulting in a spike. Doesn’t take long for word of mouth to spread.
I agree gossip will be going round and some of which will be true. However Sprott etc won’t be investing on that and will instead base their position for the most part on known results and potential.
We as Pi’s have the luxury of following tit bits of info including paddysat and making an educated guess.

Hydro, although I don’t disagree with your sentiment I do however have reservations about your suggestion that Sprott and co know more than anyone else. I don’t doubt they have sophisticated algos that can predict based on known results, but doubt there is any secret industry knowledge going round. If there were then our share price would be well in the 20’s in my view.

The only people who know are Newcrest and Greatland at this time.

Forgive me for a simplistic view but surely there is no tax liability until there is a cash sale of something. Since GGP are a loss making company until a sale of an asset. The JV is an agreement for NCM to spend on exploration.

Does anyone have any idea how long it will take to construct the decline? Also do we assume the decline will be the mine entrance?
